There’s a THERA°PEARL Wrap for THAT!
If you have an injury, ache, or just need a little TLC, there’s a THERA°PEARL wrap for that!What’s THERA°PEARL? A line of therapeutic packs that are a heavy gauge clear plastic with ocean blue ‘caviar’ beads that retain heat or cold. Not for long periods of time, but just long enough for most needs.I use the knee wrap ALL the time, and not only for my knee. If you look at the THERA PEARL Knee Wrap, I did a video that shows it. Best twenty bucks I ever spent. I probably have the most unusual off-label use ever for such a product.I’m typing right now on a big heavy ASUS gaming computer that gets so hot that none of the usual bottom fans and stands help. I have the chilled circular knee wrap under it! It doesn’t get condensation on my computer and it keeps it running cool.And now that winter is upon us, I absolutely love this neck wrap. I pop it in the microwave and it feels so good as it keeps you at that ‘just right’ warmth.I had a very dear elderly friend that was always cold, so I’d put towels in the microwave and wrap them around her shoulders. How I wish THERA°PEARL had been around then. This neck wrap is terrific for seniors because it warms you up, and then your own body keeps it from getting totally cold. Excellent ingenuity…TheraPearl has exceeded my expectations
OK so I originally reviewed this item with a not so good review. The neck wrap I received was not up to par, containing too few pearls referring to what I saw and expected from the picture. It was only about a third of the way full on pearls. Within 5 minutes of my review, I received a message from a very polite and courteous fellow named Andrew from MassageStore who assured me I’d received a bad unit and a new one would be sent out. He efficiently completed the entire process for me, and he even copied me in on the e-mails between TheraPearl and himself. TheraPearl kindly called me later, apologizing for me getting a bad unit, and reassured me I’d receive a new unit soon. Three days later my new unit is here, and I’m BEYOND ASTOUNDED with my new neck wrap. This wrap was full of pearls, the plastic felt better/thicker, and it now conforms perfectly to my neck. I’d HIGHLY recommend MassageStore on Amazon as well as any TheraPearl product. I once had a cold pack in the past from them and it was lost, but it was such a great product it led me to buy the neck wrap. this company has such great reliability and excellent customer service that I’m going to be trying other products…the face mask will be my next purchase, wow that looks and sounds nice! Can’t beat 4.5 stars by much! This neck/shoulder wrap needs more positive reviews I believe…it’s not getting the credit that it’s worth. I have been blessed by a company that has made my neck pains, shoulder pain, and headaches much less frequent and controllable. useless for a cold wrap
At 57 I’m still very active in sports and still getting banged up…so been at this a long time…Basic pack of frozen peas, about a dollar, is the top choice when you need to ice down some swelling…very comfortable and conforms to the area…but you cant let them get too defrosted so they have drawbacks.As advertized I thought someone finally came up with a better system then frozen peas…basically the same design but hopefully improved?….NOT EVEN CLOSE !!!! nowhere near enough material (the little blue spheres) in the package and the package is over inflated so all you get is primarily a slightly cold air chamber next to your skin…and any cold you may derive out of these things is gone in 10% of the time a package of frozen peas last or any decent soft wrap cold pack…these are junk for any real injury…or any real application…and this is the first review i have ever done and only because I was so disappointed…would send them back but probably cost more than its worth.

Cool for 20 minutes
The shape is great, it rests on neck and shoulders perfectly. The quality of the item seems fine as well. Unfortunately it only stays cool for about 20 minutes which for me, is near useless. I wouldn’t recommend it. I would have been better off with a regular icepack.

I used these for the first time last night and they are indeed terrific! The conform to the neck and shoulder area very nicely ( I am 5′ 10″ and 259 lbs) and these fit very nicely, feel great, the warmth is very penetrating. After using them on my neck, I also applied them to my thigh and it really helped relax a sore muscle.Do recommend some kind of very short napped Micro fleece cover, that will help yourself to handle the wrap coming out of the Microwave and not burn when applying it to the area you intend on heating, otherwise, the outer material stays in place when cold to cool being applied. If you do make or find a cover that will accept hook/loop Velcro like closure you could even use this as a wrap.Do recommend it and will buy again when the time comes around once more.

If only it’d last longer…
I absolutely love this!!! The gel like beads inside feel amazing and squishy. Its wraps all the way around my neck. Works if I place it behind me on a chair. I can lay it on the floor and squish my feet into it. Just one little draw back, it only lasts for about 45 min – 1 hour. Of course there are a lot of variables that determine that too (how hot outside is it? What is your body temp? Did you heat/cool the product all the way) other than that its my favorite hot/cold pack!!

Wish I’d found this sooner. Brilliant device working so well for a shoulder injury. Neck wrap is well made and freezes quickly. Yet to use heated but have similar smaller packs in past which are easy to warm. Stays neatly on neck and shoulders providing quick relief from pain and inflammation. Clever and simple idea.
