High quality Vitamin D + K2 that works!
This is my favorite vitamin D to take. It’s easy to use and carry on when traveling. It comes in a small bottle and provided metered doses of 1000 iu’s of Vitamin D3 and 200 mcg of Vitamin K2.Taking it with food that contains fat is important for absorption so I take it with breakfast. I like that it’s liquid and has no taste or smell. I can drop it onto a spoon or put in a smoothie and I can’t taste it. Repeat bloodwork shows an increase in D levels so I know it’s working. While it’s a bit more expensive than other brands, it’s worth the money and I’ll continue to use this brand to help maintain my vitamin d level.

Great clean product.
This product is wonderful. It has a extremely clean vitamin content, I take 30 drops daily as a dosage, and noticed results within a week. It does not upset the stomach, the quality of the product is outstanding. It doesn’t taste like anything at all.

Outstanding Absorption!
Best Vitamin D supplement I’ve found thus far! For anyone deficient in Vitamin D, and desperate for a good and absorbable solution, I highly recommend this product! After stomach surgery, I could not absorb Vitamin D, and my already being deficient was not helping. This product is made with medium-chain triglycerides (MCT oil). Using mct in conjunction with K2 means max absorption. This is a very high-quality supplement. A few weeks in and I can already feel the difference. My only advice… taking too much vitamin D can cause a herx reaction. While I need more than the 2 drops daily (1000 IUD), I don’t recommend taking max doses all at once because of how absorbable this product is. For toleration purposes, I do 6 drops in the am, and 4 drops at night for a 5000 IUD dosage that is on par with my former prescription for deficiency.

High quality vitamin but the dropper is very annoying.
These are high quality vitamins and supplement a very important vitamin that many people are deficient in. Also with the small dose the value is actually quite excellent. I’ve noticed improvements to my mood, anxiety issues, joints, and overall health since taking them. I just wish the bottle was maybe a squeeze bottle somehow. It’s a hard bottle and the dropper lid just doesn’t work well to dispense the vitamin oil. I have to tilt my head all the way back and it just feels like it takes forever to get a few drops out. The drops are very small so if you’re not very deliberate to make sure they fall onto your tongue or back of your mouth you might not even be sure they dispensed. If they are able to develop a better dosage method these would be perfect.

Absolutely Amazing Vitamin D supplement!
Vitamin D is the one the vitamins that MOST humans , especially in the western hemisphere, are deficient in. I think something like 80% of Americans are Vitamin D deficient.This supplement is great for a bunch of reasons.1) TONS of doses in one tiny bottle. 600+ doses in a bottle smaller than pocket-sized hand sanitizer.2) EXTREMELY affordable – considering you get 600 doses.3) The delivery mechanism is WONDERFUL. I was worried because some reviews said the drops didn’t come out easily. They must have had a defective bottle, or weren’t turning the bottle completely upside down. It works perfectly.Make sure you turn the bottle COMPLETELY upside down. Then let 1-2 drops come out. The liquid is tasteless, odorless – so you can put it whatever you want.Protip: Vitamin D is fat soluble, unlike Vitamin C…..so you can just a larger dose a few times a week…..or you can take it daily, since it builds up!This is great because I give my elderly mother and my son doses from this bottle…..and I don’t have to do it every single day like I do for myself. I just give them about 4-6 drops every 5 days or so.

Easy to consume, convenient way to get enough vitamin d.Just the D & K vitamins, no nasty additives that normally upset my digestive tract.Drop into my water twice a day.Simple.I think they are working.Seem pricey, but, the quantity justifies this.
