This works pretty good.This is simple to use. Throw it in the freezer, and put to on like a sock. It isn’t too difficult to put on. I admit, I just wrap it around sometimes instead of pulling it on. But, it fits my size 11 foot well.It’s not too cold, unlike wrapping ice in a towel. I like that because ice can be a pain sometimes.

So comfortable
This product is amazing! I sprained my ankle and injured my foot. This was perfect! 360 degree coverage. Went above my ankle. (I wear a size 7.5-8 women’s shoe). Got all the areas I needed it to. Super comfortable. The gel was so soft. I would elevate my foot on a pillow, put this on, and watch some shows while it worked it’s magic. I didn’t try the heat, but the cold felt soooooo good! I definitely recommend this to anyone that has a foot injury. Just know that if you have a larger foot definitely go to the larger size. Otherwise this may not wrap around your ankle. But it was perfect for me!

Perfect cooling, not too cold to put right against skin
I get swelling and pain in one of my feet at night occasionally due to a neurological condition. This is a lifesaver on those bad nights. I keep it in the freezer so I can use when needed. Feels comfortable enough I can go to sleep with it on, and it’s not so cold that I worry about keeping it on my foot too long to cause any damage.

Perfect for foot surgery recovery
Works like a charm and so easy/convenient. I find it stays cold a long time, but got 2… icing frequently. It would probably fit any size foot and like the adjustable strap. Don’t hesitate to click the purchase button. This is a REAL person!

This sock when cold helps relieve the pain
I store this sock in the refrigerator in a Ziploc freezer bag. When my foot is too painful to sleep, I take it out and put it on. This sock really relieves the pain and I’m able to go to sleep. The only down sides are 1. the sock chills your entire foot and 2. is that it is a bit heavy to take when traveling.

PERFECT – so easy!!!
Purchase for hand/wrist injury as well as foot/ankle! No fussing with gel inserts!!! EASY, comfortable – a bit heavy, but for pain you are not exactly walking around with it on. Order for foot/ankle size and perfect for hand too! Too bad they don’t make slip ons for knees too. BTW – since it is cold outside, I don’t bother with the freezer…windowsill will do with a bit of an open window for cold.

As a frequent runner I am always prone to injuries especially with my feet. This is a perfect post recovery soother for any sprain or injury. Its ‘All in one’ sock like design makes it simple and easy to use. The strap is also handy to keep it in position. The great thing about it is you can use it on both left and right feet so need to buy two. Definitely would recommend this over using your standard ice blocks any day.

Die Gelsocke ist eigentlich eine super Idee. Aber diese Produktausführung ist eine ziemlich schlechte Ausführung. Für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr erwartet. Zum einen ist die Socke am oberen Rand, wo sie besonders kühlen oder wärmen soll, nämlich an der Achillessehne bis hin zum Wadenmuskelansatz zu kurz. Dann sind die beiden Gel-Lappen oben und unten zu schmal – auch hier hat man am Material gespart. Und weil man für die Ummantelung einen billigen, dehnbaren Stoff verwendet hat, klaffen beim Tragen – ich habe Größe M bei Damen-Schuhgröße 39 – zwischen den Gel-Lappen große Lücken. Da kann ich mir genauso gut zwei Eis-Pads oben und unten in die Socke stopfen. Ich wollte eine Rundumkühlung. Das liefert das Produkt aber nicht. Geht zurück.
