Personal panic alarm
Wrist button works good. Panic button will not pair with router. App is okay but can be confusing.UODATE: Seller was quick to respond and offered to send new panic button. Very attentive to customer satisfaction and rating now reflects my satisfaction.

Works as intended
Works as intended, we have a senior living at my house, every time she falls we now can go downstairs to pick her up, but she also some times sounds the alarm by mistake

works excellent and fit the bill perfectly
used for my MIL who lives in our house in a separate room to notify us if anything was needed. Since our house is large and she cannot get around well this notifies me no matter what room I am in

Does the job
This is a great product with a learning curve. There is a charge for text notifications to phone. But for free it will alarm the base unit and ring your phone. The phone ringer is insanely loud and you must go to app settings to set it to a different ringer. The base unit ringer is changed easily through the app itself. Many ringers to choose from. Only three stars for the difficulty changing the set phone ringer.

So far so good
So far so good. Wrist device should be smaller, it seems bulky. Water proof is a great thing.Alexa capability would be a great feature but I guess it is missing.

Easy to Set Up. Works well the intended interface app.
The device is very entry level. If you are on the fence with a full care giver/health alert system and want to have alternative then. This may be the option. I still believe the well being with a loved one and care for another is extremely important. But some time there are limitations and may be some resistance is being met along the way.My first choice is to utilize those health alert systems. But we have been met with some resistance to the receiving end. There is some denial as to wanting to the necessity of the system. Even with this one. But recently with some very close calls and deep concerns. We need to take some precautions. A near miss has left a loved one in a predicament that got us all in frenzy. The primary care giver was not reachable and the lapsing in time had left the minds wondering if they had met their demise.Luckily the outcome turned out okay. But left the rest of us wondering, that there is got to be a way to provide a quick and reliable alert to get the aid if needed quick and easy.We had come across this caregiver pager. The intended interface app is “Smart Life”. The connection to the app was with ease and worked with no issues. It works and works well. Simple, but without making it overwhelming or cumbersome. It will take a bit of time when working with the app to figure it out and its method of alert delivery. The push button transmitter(s) and receiver connects easily. The receiver pager is alert sounds is ample to gain any attention, but not deafening by all means. An option to play a musical tone or alert tone.Triggering the transmitter will broadcast and alert at both the mobile app on a mobile device(s) or the bagger. Silencing the pager can be controlled through the app or a button on the pager.Setup on the app. You need to be connected on a 2.4 ghz WiFi network connection. It will work away as long as the device is powered and connected to the WiFi network. It is not intended for on-the-go.Overall, the system is simple and easy to use. Not complicated or so much that is overwhelming. A good starter system to kinda work through the idea and your needs when deciding to implement a more elaborate system. Still very valuable…because it works!!.

Has worked consistently
The backup battery could be better. I wish I could turn off the power failure alarm as an option in the software. There’s no option to do so. It’s like it cries wolf a lot, because where I live the power grid isn’t dependable.

Setting the product up is simple and the product is effective in what it designed to do. Unfortunately this is not consistent with all items supplied. For the package I received, the bracelet works perfectly, the ‘pager button’ however, has awful range. It only works when within 2 feet of the receiver and cannot have anything in-between the two items. This issue renders the pager button completely useless unless my father happens to fall to the floor right in front of the receiver.

Does the job and does it well. The added battery in the base station means even if the power goes out you can still sound the alarm
