Another incomplete incontinence product
Why can’t I find incontinence products that simultaneously (1) hold my pee (2) have an opening in front for the equipment to be used and (3) have a wide waistband that doesn’t ride down when I sit?This product is a big fail in the area of item 2

Fantastic product! Just watch the sizing. Sized for Chinese physiques, not American
Like the other Chinese made incontinence pants, these are a bit on the small side. They fit me about like a pair of large sweat pants might. They do what they are made to do (absorb urine and not let it through to the outside) very well! The absorbent lining on the inside is cotton, which is nice. It does not have the “roughness” of the bamboo on the inside like most of the other incontinence pants of this type. These (at least the dark gray) have an odd odor when you unpack them…almost like car exhaust odor. I am thinking the chemicals in the dye or in manufacturing the waterproof lining. Once washed (cold water, dry VERY LOW heat is OK) the odor goes away. If you keep the sizing in mind, they are a great product! Just could not give 5 stars due to the sizing. Quality and functionality are fantastic! Hanging these to dry after washing is totally unrealistic. You would have to hang them in front of a fan for 2 days at least for them to dry. Overall, a really nice product!

Suitable waist
The waist circumference can be adjusted freely, and the urine insulation effect is good, so there is no need to worry about side leakage.

Works Great, but run small
These pants are working out great so far. No more soaked bedding each morning. They do run small so consider sizing up. My hubby is 5’4 and 160 pounds. I ordered the large and they fit snug and the length is just above his ankles.
