It seems well made
Used this item for wife to scoot down the stairs every morning on the way to out patient therapy for a couple of months. I know from this experience that this thing was very tough and strong as I would tug they lower pair of handles to get her gong from one step to the next. Get to the second from the bottom, situate her feet and haul her up to transfer back into her wheelchair. We moved to a place with stars. PS I forgot that on one occasion when we first got it, it was used to literally haul or carry her up the stairs to a waiting chair. Myself and one other (strong) adult male. As this is the opposite of what I believe it’s intended purpose (down the stairs emergency evacuation)it served well. Also, as the stairwell with railings was rather narrow this was done from above and below bearers rather on each side as in the videos and pictures.

Easy to use
Easy to use and works exactly as you’d expect. Made very well and certainly holds together under the weight of the patient. Pay attention to the weight limit though, I wouldn’t want to stretch that.

Not very reliable
A little too difficult to use. Couldn’t use it due to it being too uncomfortable for use.

Game changer!!
We got this product for my mother who is unable to bear weight on her legs anymore. They use a hoyer lift at the facility, and to me this seems like a manual version of that. We struggled getting her in and out of the car and I knew there had to be a better way. An Amazon search led me to this product and it is a game changer! We have to lift her up and put it under her, obviously, but it has been amazing. My father and I get on each side and grab the handles, lift her into the car and pivot her legs in. It is shaped like a seat, so we don’t remove it for the car ride-not worried about sitting on bumps or buckles or anything like that. It does have “seatbelts”, but they are but long for her. We even use to to take her to the bathroom. We carry her in on this, and put her in a chair next to the toilet so we can lift and pivot her over. I cannot say enough about this simple contraption, except I wish I would’ve found it sooner. She weighs 125 pounds, so that helps with ease of use. It says up to 220lb weight limit, and it does seem sturdy enough to hold that amount.

Solved our challenges
My wife has ALS but enjoys getting in the pool. However, because of muscle weakness, etc. it’s difficult to get her into the pool without several people to help easily and safely. With this we can put it on her wheelchair and when we get to the pool myself and one other person can easily lift her off the chair and into the pool and then course back up on to her wheelchair. This also felt much safer to her and was much easier for just two of us, the quality at this point seems very good

Works just like we hoped it would
We bought this to transfer my 89-year old, 150-pound dad from his wheelchair to a recliner or dining room chair when we couldn’t use a stand-sit lift. It worked beautifully with one strong man on each side of him. We even used it to get him into a Cycling Without Age carriage in the park. Made all the difference in his participation at a family event.

Be lightweight
I used this product for several months. Convenient as long as you always have 2 Strong armed people with good backs.

Absolutely Useless and Cheap Product with a Very Very Pathetic Seller.
