More useful as jewelry holder for travel rather than as a 7-day pill dispenser
My husband and I take a number of supplements divided into morning and evening. I got this pill organizer because I was hoping that it would be useful to take on trips.PLUSES: Each compartment and the unit itself seem like they’d stay closed better than the pill dispensers that I currently use.MINUSES: The top has a slider over numerals 1 to 7, but I don’t really find any real value to it. Inside, there are 7 compartments, 6 are the same approximate size and the 7th is about twice the size of the rest. I suppose that would be sensible for someone who has extra pills one day of the week only. This is being billed as a 7-day pill dispenser, so my expectation would be that each compartments holds all of the pills for a single day, which means that all of the compartments would be of equal size. However, in the photos, they show each compartment holding just a single type of pill, which to me doesn’t really align with it being a 7-day pill dispenser. Nonetheless, if someone used each compartment to hold one type of pill and had 7 sets of pills to take, and one of those pills were much bigger than the rest, I suppose that the larger compartment could hold the larger pills and the rest would hold the other pills.I don’t think this serves it’s intended purpose as well as it could serve as a jewelry holder for trips, as shown in one of the photos on its page, and I think that’s how I’ll likely end up using it.

Great for Seniors
Pros: Size is perfect. Silicone gasket keeps the items from further contamination or damage. The 7-day slider on the outside is great. Polypropylene outer case. 7 compartments for 7-day organization or just 7 different dosage forms.Included labels.I immediately put this into use. I soaked the unit in a hot soapy solution and dried it before use. As a senior citizen, it is easier for me to place a week or more of each med into a compartment and keep the unit closeby so I don’t have to go into the medicine cabinet several times daily. I want my meds to be close by so I don’t forget. I am very active and hike, bicycle daily, work in my 5 acres, etc. I want my meds within arms reach when entering the house. This works well for me.
