Quick and helpful customer service! Great product!
Excellent customer service! I lost a screw and sent an email inquiring about replacements. The response was quick and very efficient! Highly recommend! My fur baby loves his new wheels!

Didn’t last not even a year.
I bought this last year at the end of July, it was great for my dog but as of today (not even a year in) I’ve had issues with the wheels and now the actual frame broke. I was trying to get a new one because I thought ok sometimes things just come out wrong and the new one i got was used! Anyways I returned it and it took a while for them to return my money. As of today the frame on the one i bought last year broke. I only use it twice a day for a .25 mile walk for my 17 lb shih Tzu. I recommend you get a better one. This one won’t last you at all. Oh! And the harness have holes already. Way too cheaply made. I now need a new one but won’t be buying this one again.

Works after self modification
I almost returned this because it did not fit my dog “as is,” and required some modifications. Definitely seems like it was made for a more bulky dog like a Frenchie. The sling was way to big at the back end for my spaniel mix. I had to loop the leg holes over the frame to help bring up the rear end. It works for now. We might get a better quality one for her one day but this works fine for now. Overall I wish the sling was more adjustable. Sturdiness is just okay. After some use the bolts get lose and requires routine tightening. Otherwise it has made my dog happy that she can be more mobile again so glad we got it.

Worked great for my 5lbs Shih Tzu while he was healing from a back injury.

My dog loves it!
This is great for the price! Tried it out on my dog Queenie for the first time today and she did pretty well! It’s probably going to take some time for her to get used to it but over all I think its worth it!

Very good dog wheelchair
My dog’s hind legs were injured. The vet recommended me to use a dog wheelchair to help it walk daily. Its appearance and quality are very good, exceeding expectations.

My 3-year-old Schnauzer was born with hind leg paralysis and incontinence (needs to wear diapers), but she loves to go out and socialize. In the past three years, we have changed three brands of dog wheelchairs, but the results are not satisfactory. Either the price is too high or the quality does not meet her needs. So far, this wheelchair is the best we have used so far.1. Adjustable, light and easy to use,2. Does not affect wearing diapers3. Can run fast on flat ground and grass, and will not roll over when turning and running fast (previous models have this problem)4. The green vest with reflective strips is very eye-catching when we walk her at night (we added a flash light on the vest)
