Highly Recommend Veiss Lock set
We ordered this lock set for our home. In the past, we have used Yale locks, but I must say this Veis lock is easier, has more capabilities (opens with code, key fob, fingerprint or key) and is less expensive. I called their customer service and the call was answered promptly- no waiting and listening to cheesy music 😆. The customer service rep, Aaron walked me through the set up process. Once I told him what was happening, he knew immediately what I had done wrong and easily guided me through the correction. I would recommend this lock and especially their customer service. The lock functions beautifully and it looks great as well!

Nice features, good price, easy to install!
We have a smart lock at the separate entrance to our Airbnb, and it works very well. I was looking to put one on the main entrance to our house, and this one appeared to have all the features we wanted. It’s super easy to install; the only issue when linking it to the App was that the instructions were a little off. A quick call to customer support resolved the issue and it was working perfectly.

Like it, but it does not always work well
Pro:- Comes with keys, key fobs, finger print reader and key pad (for code entry).- Has an iOS app but not exactly sure what is supported without the additional wifi access hub, which I have.- Can set it up to automatically lock after a few seconds (even with custom times – ie number of seconds).Con:- The electronic keypad is a bit unreliable. For the keypad, it would have been better if physical buttons were used. Have had trouble getting the numbers to light up, then the feedback on tapping the buttons is a beep, but would be nice if the number also flashed. It can be a bit easy to mis-type the numbers.- I’ve never had a problem with finger print recognition, has always worked well for me. But the thing cannot read my sister-in-law’s finger prints no matter what.Not unhappy I bought it, as overall I am satisfied.

We love this new lock.
Love it. It sat on the dining room table for a few weeks before my husband decided to install it. It fit perfectly in place of the old door lock. I set up the tech parts. Easy. There was a little strong language but we has success. We love the new lock. I’m surprised how much the husband likes it. Guess you can teach old dogs new tricks.

Very Convenient, will never go back to mechanical keys.
The lock is great, only one small issue with the auto lock feature not functioning properly, I reported to customer service and Isabella resolved the issue immediately by issuing a new lock, expedited shipping, once installed the lock worked as expected.
