We’re using this method in my son’s classroom as part of a behavior support plan and I wanted to get some tools in place at home to help support the classroom in this. Using the first, then, and finally countdown charts work really well for his anxiety and need to plan ahead in his brain. This is a pretty complicated set that we may need to grow into some but it has a lot of versatility to it and I think it will serve us well. Can recommend for older kids.

I have a friend, she has a serious procrastination, often will lie on the couch and swipe the phone for a long time and forget to do a lot of things, this makes her very distressed, she always feel that the time has passed but she has not done anything, I did not think that someone would have such a good idea, I gave her this visual time timer as a birthday gift, she was very happy, she was excited to tell me that she took back the control of time!
