Works great for children who need routine or need visuals! I use this for my autistic son and it has made a huge difference when we need to set limits.

Not great
I bought this timer twice in hopes it’d help get my kids out the door on time. It broke the first time because my son played with it (no big deal and typical for a toddler) but the second purchase, we used it a handful of times before the on/off button got loose and stopped working. Great idea but more quality.

Great in my classroom
Nice size and cheery yellow. I use this for a student with autism who asks really repeatedly when it s time for lunch or to go home. Sits perfectly.on his desk. Will see how long it last, he broke the last one which was more expensive.

Works but is poorly constructed.
This is a great timer for small children who haven’t quite mastered the art of keeping time. My concern is that an item that is marketed for use with kids is so poorly constructed. The slightest tug and the knob used to set the timer pops off. My two year old had it in her mouth in two seconds. We’ve had put it on a higher ledge to keep time for homework and chores.

Worked for about 2 months and then stopped working. You set the timer for 10 minutes and it stays like that forever.
