My grandmother suffers from a stroke that stopped her right leg from bending completely. After a long day of being out her right leg would swell. THIS HAS HELPED SO MUCH! NO MORE SWELLING NOR DISCOMFORT! easy to use & adjust. Fits great even on her transport chair!

Easy upgrade for wheelchair use
Why did you pick this product vs others?:My mom spends a lot of time in her wheelchair, so I bought these leg rests to make her more comfortable, and they’ve been a solid upgrade. They feel strong and well built, with smooth edges all around. I had them installed in under fifteen minutes without any trouble. What stands out most is how secure they feel. Once I adjust the height, they lock into place with no slipping, which keeps her legs supported and stable. The padding gives her relief throughout the day, though I do wish the cushion were just a bit thicker. She told me she feels less stiff now that she doesn’t have to sit in the same position for hours. I also appreciate the non-slip surface on the footplates, which adds an extra layer of safety.

Does the Job
My brother has mobility issues, so we purchased a wheelchair at Goodwill for when he visits us. But, it was lacking footrests. This item really solves the problem. Well made and fit well. He loves them.

These footrests came as described and fit the wheelchair without much trouble. The materials look okay and they feel pretty standard in use. Adjusting them is fine once you figure it out, though it took a bit to get used to the levers. The padding is there, but it’s not really thick. I didn’t run into any serious problems, but it’s not something I would call outstanding either. Might be suitable for basic replacement, just don’t expect too much.

There’s room for improvement but overall these are really great, especially if you have a wheelchair lacking any sort of foot rest at all. Lots of adjustability for maximum comfort. The pads are easy to clean and should last as long as the rest of the chair. Absolute quality of life improvement if you’ve been using a wheelchair and want more support for your legs.
