VERY happy with my purchase!
This is just what I was looking for & works great. I put an alarm on each exterior door on our house so I will know if one of my parents goes outside. The best thing is they haven’t even notice the alarm at the top of the door, nor the beep from my receiver when the door opens. I love it because it allows them (both have dementia. Dad wanders & mom falls easy) to have freedom to come & go as desired, yet letting me (caregiver) know when they go out so I can check on them.Most alarms make loud noise coming from the alarm on the door, which would frighten my parents & cause them to feel their like a prisoner in their own home. Thank you for making such a device.The only suggestion I have it to have a volume control on the pager I keep with/near me.UPDATED Feb 2019: I use the Pager with door alarms every day & am very happy with these devices. They work as stated & I’ve only had to change the Pager batteries once. Recently, when not using it, I’ve been opening the Pager & pulling one battery out a little to save on battery life. It has done a good job alerting me when dad goes in the garage or outside at night or in bad weather. I will soon be needing a floor pad for mom & will definitely get a VIVE product because they work well & are MUCH CHEAPER than any others I’ve seen.

Read the instructions before setting it up.
Once I read the instructions, I unplugged the transmitter from the mat. That was the key to sync the transmitter to the alarm. You had to sync them to each other that way, then plug transmitter into floor mat, and test out the mat. It worked. It doesn’t slip around on a wood floor. Top of mat is textured. Every time the person got out of bed, the alarm would sound(not the mat or transmitter in the persons room, unless the alarm was in their room). It flashes the number of what mat it is, in case you have more than one person using a mat in their room. It has one volume(no raising or lowering the decibels), similar loudness of an oven timer going off. You can also have it do sound and vibration, and no sound. To stop the alarm, touch the button with a square on it. No resetting anything. It’s already ready for the next time the person steps on the mat. From transmitter to alarm, they can be as far as 150 ft. from each other. The alarm can be put on a table, or clipped to your pocket, or in your pocket. Easy to use. Mat is comfortable to stand or step on. For the value, I think it was a good price, seems durable. Battery life depends on how often it’s being used. It came with batteries (2 AAA and 2 AA).

Waste of money
I ordered and had replaced neither time did the product work . I was then instructed to contact the seller which I did sent them the requested videos and other information. This product is a waste of money . I also tried the live chat and it keeps getting cleared out .Save your time and money order somewhere else

It works great.
The call button works great. I wish I had more control over the volume. I am a light sleeper and half the volume would be loud enough for me. I put it under a pillow at night and still have no problem hearing it. But it is reliable and at the end of the day that’s what matters.

It lets you know when your outdoor pet wants in
We placed the mat at our backdoor entrance. Our cats always stand at the door when they want in. Now, whether it is 2 PM or 2 AM the pager let’s us know they want in. The pager has a range of over 40 feet. With the mat we now sleep soundly at night instead of always worrying if our cats are cold or getting rained on.

Keeps Grandmom Safe
This product has been a lifesaver. Grandmom is very wobbly at 93 and forgets to use her walker. If she crosses the mat we know she’s moving and can make sure she has her walker to be safe.
