Spacious, Sturdy, and Perfect for Team Collaboration
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I recently set up the VIZ-PRO Double-Sided Magnetic Mobile Whiteboard in my workspace, and it’s been a fantastic addition. The large 72 x 36-inch surface gives plenty of room for brainstorming, project planning, and presentations, while the double-sided feature makes it easy to flip and continue writing without erasing.The frame feels durable, and the locking wheels keep it securely in place during use. It was easy to assemble, and the included accessories—markers, magnets, eraser, and hooks—were a great bonus. The height adjustment is smooth, and both sides clean off easily without ghosting. It’s a professional, versatile board that’s ideal for both home offices and team environments.

This whiteboard unboxing has more drama than Real Housewives
First of all, the box is HUGE and very heavy, which is to be expected given the size of the whiteboard. It was a beast to carry upstairs to my home office and took two people to lift and unpack because the packaging was massive. That’s all good, unless you’re missing a part.When we finally get all the pieces out we see we’re missing the two horizontal structural bars, but have two extra vertical bars. So of course we end up wasting another hour trying to triple check the instructions and parts list, YouTubing and googling. Low and behold, we got ourselves four part Fs and missing parts B and E.A quick related aside: when assembling you’ll need a LOT of floor space and be sure to open a window when assembling. The shipping included some kind of treated board for stability, but the chemical odor was intense and gave us both headaches. And I work with spray adhesive / permanent markers / spray paint, so I’m by no means sensitive to chemicals or anything.So back to the whiteboard assembly drama: I tried for an hour to resolve the issue and request the missing parts through Amazon, (both mobile app and web) the UX redirects me in a circle, basically saying contact the manufacturer.So I have tried contacting Viz Pro for the past month… by email, by web contact form on the Viz Pro site, by calling the Viz Pro phone number listed in Amazon’s “issue with order” user flow… with absolutely no response. The phone number is to a line with a recording that doesn’t identify itself and asks for your personal information.The only other option through Amazon is to refund or replace with an entirely new whiteboard (both of which are so wasteful between product materials, packaging, shipping, time having to unbox the thing again)Oh and the best part? In order to get any replacement sent (or a refund) I now have to SEND BACK this giant hot mess of an “original item”. I’d love to, but even with the home pickup option I had to select:1) I don’t have a large enough box to send it in because a) we had to cut the original box apart to get the thing out and b) what was left of the box was disposed of because it even filled our garage with that chemical odor.2. I can’t lift it downstairs on my own3. The whole reason I need a whiteboard in my house is because I’m ALWAYS WORKING and don’t have time for any of this (including this review lol)OH and I can’t get a replacement unless I check a box agreeing to send back the original or my card will be charged in 30 days.All I need are these two missing pieces, but I’m stuck in poor customer service purgatory. The last thing I want to do is leave a bad review but at this point it’s the only way I might get a response? Here’s to hoping.TLDR if you’re trying to get a whiteboard quickly for an important meeting, just go to Staples or something.

Great size, true to image, faulty part
The predrilled screw hole would not accommodate the screw and I don’t have any tools to make it work. I tried the phone number and connecting to website to get help but I had no luck.

Does not come with instructions, you have to use the videos and mine did not match what is presented in the video. The middle supports came in three pieces, the actual bars which needed to be fitted into a connecting sleeve which makes the whole thing super flimsy. So, not as advertised either.I’d say it’d look fine, but the three section middle bars are so clearly what’s not in the picture. It won’t look out of place in an office environment, so you can let your least favorite employee/intern use it to passive-aggressively convey your contempt for them.”Oh, but it looks like an ordinary whiteboard…” [maniacal laughter]The ‘pivot’ doesn’t do what was indicated. The bolts they use to turn the thing are either not the ones meant for this, badly made, or flawed in design because there is so much friction that the board will not turn. It might just be tight because it’s ‘new’ but putting any force to get it to turn and ‘wear in’ causes the whole frame to twist and turn because the supports are not a singular piece and are mostly for show.Everything in the frame fits poorly together because the hole placement is bad or the holes themselves are drilled poorly. Either the person doing it is drunk, tired, and/or over their job or this board in particular was personally touched by the god of petty annoyances, wasting time, and hand related injuries.Installation of the wheels are an absolute bear because the wrench they give you is super slender and so is the nut on the wheel stem, so you’ll slip off it frequently. Since the wheels are firmly attached to the stems, there is no real way to ‘hand turn’ them in the first couple threads before you have to use this god awful wrench. So, you get to use it right off the bat or balance one hand on the wheel to keep it from turning and use your fingers to manually turn the stem. God help you if the holes are drilled poorly in either case and as previously mentioned they generally are. May the odds be ever in your favor.Because the designers are Zastava Yugo alumni, I fully expect this cheap frame and these bolts to break at some point because this heavy whiteboard wishes to heed the call of gravity and this frame will only hold out so long. I expect I will ultimately end up with just the board which is…Fine if one is okay spending somewhere around twice the cost of a normal board. While, I don’t know how you can screw up a white board, I’m not going to be surprised. I’ve rated this two stars so long as the white board doesn’t burst into flames or absorbs erasable ink.The only reason I’m not sending this back is because packaging it up would require a formal degree in origami and a car to haul this to the UPS. I needed this for the bar. I do not have that time. It’ll serve in purpose, but cost way the hell too much.

Good quality, but unwieldy.
This is a good quality, sturdy, two-sided white board. However, this positive attribute also comes with a downside in that it is quite heavy, so it is not easy to reposition. If you plan to keep it stationary, you will like it. If not, like me, you would wish it came on wheels so it could be repositioned more easily.

The whiteboard itself is excellent but the black frame had some scuffing blemishes where they had rubbed together in transit as they don’t have a plastic wrapper on each part. It doesn’t affect the performance of the board itself, but if you want perfect appearance you may be disappointed.

I acknowledge that I am not the greatest at putting things together!. I did manage most of this except the clips that fit onto the side of the board…I have failed to do these adequately…failing to get the pieces on properly and therefore failing to get the screws in line. In my attempts I have damaged the metal strip at the side of the board…I have put it up but am afraid the fix is fragile (without screws) . By the way, the board is great, though (probably my own doing) one surface has warped.

Das Board ist an sich ok, allerdings befand es sich drei Tage lang im Lieferungs-Limbo und kam dann leicht beschädigt an. Die Plastikhalterung für Stifte war zerbrochen. Angeblich war am ersten Liefertag niemand erreichbar, was definitiv nicht stimmt.Das Board wird nächste Woche gebraucht, ansonsten hätten wir es zurück gehen lassen …
