Good product but???
Product was good quality. Received 1st item damaged. It had a 1 1/2 inch bubble on the board. No problem returning it. Got second board and it also had damage, ding and slight bend in the frame. It also had a indent about the size of a pencil. Not worth the hassle returning it as damage was light and I needed the product so I decided to keep it. Product is fine but seems to be easily damaged during shipping. Packaging looks intact with minor bumps and bruises typical to shipping but item is damaged.

Excellent board and great customer service!
This is the third or fourth one of these I’ve ordered for the properties I manage. They ship LTL, but arrive in suprisingly good shape most of the time. The mounting system on this one gave the installer more flexibility in mounting options, which is very much appreciated. One of the marker trays was cracked during shipping, and the vendor quickly sent me 4 more as replacements. Will buy this one next time!

Cheap $$ – cheap product – company doesn’t stand behind it
Like many others, during the spring 2020, I needed to switch to working remotely from home due to COVID. In June 2020, I purchased a 2-pack of 3’x4′ magnetic whiteboards manufactured by Viz-Pro to set up a good classroom/studio for the college courses I teach. I chose these boards because of the size, features, and price (approx $110) – seemed like a great deal – worked well for a few months. In February 2021, I noticed the writing surface on one board was bubbling – this got progressively worse. I contacted Viz-Pro the first time in early April 2021, asking how to get a replacement – no response. I contacted them again a few weeks later and still no response. Same a few weeks after that – three strikes you’re out – I gave up.The board is unusable (except maybe for a kid to doodle on). I wasted $100 – I got what I paid for – too good a deal. I finally replaced both whiteboards with similar featured ones from a name-brand manufacturer which includes a lifetime warranty – replacement cost was approx $400.My recommendation: if you want whiteboards that you can reasonably expect to last (minimally several years), stay away from these and anything else made by Viz-Pro. I’m tolerant of a one-off problem with production that a manufacturer makes good on – I don’t accept a manufacturer taking my money then ignoring me. You’ve been warned.

I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but when order issues are corrected and done so with making the customer isn’t delayed or inconvenienced any longer. The company deserves to be recognized and praised. I took days to order the dry erase board due to reviews. I choose this company because of it’s rating and I must say that although the 1st dry erase board arrived damaged, the company stepped up and replaced the order. The first order was delivered on Friday and on Monday the replacement was delivered before the defective dry erase board was retrieved. So, yes the dry erase board is costly but YOU WON”T REGRET THE PURCHASE.

I needed two whiteboards in my garage because I’m building a race car and wanted something that I can write my tasks down on. Many companies had one white board and they were oversized. I love these white boards because they are exceptionally sized and it comes in a pack of two. The mounting is very easy and very sturdy, I’ve never had something sit so sturdy on dry wall. Just keep in mind that you will need a drill or you can hammer the drywall screws in. They also include screws, and covers for a clean finish. I did bump the board against my metal garage frame and it did dent the aluminum, but obviously that’s my fault lol. Overall, it is fantastic product and I’m very pleased. Would suggest them if you’re looking for some whiteboards.
