Very useful
This is a great alarm system for emergencies and is wifi enabled to relay to a phone. It consist of 2 buttons, and the smart hub. According to the user manual, you can also use the smarthub with door/window sensor, motion sensor, alarm remote which are not included. What it came with are 2 panic buttons along with wall mount, sticker and lanyards. The button connects directly to the hub. So far the battery is installed inside out of the box but it is 23A 12V which is not very common. Pressing the button will create an alarm on the main hub and any phone that are configured to receive the alarm. The alarm sound can even be customized to a specific tone and can be upgraded to a louder speaker. This is well designed so that it can create like a call light system for children, or elderly adults. The buttons can be customized by location and can be secured to a wall with screws (not included) or with a double sided tape with included mount. It can also be customized by each person and worn in a lanyard and labeled by the person using it. Unfortunately it cannot relay voice and or be used as a 2 way radio but this is perfect for situations where there are a common location where there are usually other people present or when notification to a person that is connected to the internet is needed like a family member who can then make calls to check the user if they are ok. It can be for children at home, elderly with or without caregivers where family is far away. It is reliable enough since it even has its own backup battery. You can also tell in the app if there are issues with connectivity. I feel like other than the size of the SOS button which is 2-3 inches and is pretty big but light to be carried in lanyard, you are relying on wifi connection for this to work. Granted that your wifi failed, you are out of luck and need alternatives for back up. Also, you only have 1 button, there is no way for this to customize the signal to only inform the hub only and not the wifi user so you have to have a plan whether this for emergencies only or will be used like a call button.

SOS buy it! If you think you need it, get it!
Okay this thing works really well. I got it for in case something was to happen. The siren is pretty loud. The range covers the whole property. It will give me a peace of mind and it was super easy to set up. You don’t have to connect to the app to use it either! Some may prefer to in case they are away from home it is supposed to send an alert to your phone. Overall this is perfect for anyone who is a fall risk. It could give the elderly some sense of independence again too! I was also looking and there are other accessories it can connect with to make up a whole system of safety features. 10/10 would recommend!

An in home alert system
My mother is 88. We took her phone away because she began to have so much difficulty using it. This pager is a great way for her to communicate in the case of emergency and the alert anywhere that a phone can go.I connected the hub first, following directions, but it was not easy to pair the device with my phone, even though I made sure that I had the 2.4 frequency band like the directions said. I finally got it to work. When my mother was in assisted living, she had a button on her wrist that she could push. She wore it like a watch and it would alert to all the caregivers in the building. But this one doesn’t have a range limit. The SOS can go out to anyone participating on the app. This call button is also bigger and easier for her to push, wearing the lanyard around her neck.It also comes with screws for mounting the hub, but I haven’t done that yet. I like using the hub for sound the best. When I am using the phone, the alert is a little low volume and there is no way to turn it up.When I am not at home, the alert is usually set up to come to my phone and if I am going to be unavailable, I set it up for my daughter or husband to get it.

Peace of mind for caregivers and families
I picked up this SOS pager system for a family member, and it has been working well. Setup was straightforward, and the receiver connected to WiFi without any problems. Both call buttons paired easily, and the range covers the entire house without any issues. The buttons are lightweight and easy to press, which makes them a good fit for someone who may not have a lot of hand strength. The receiver has a clear, loud alert, and the volume can be adjusted to suit your needs. It gives real peace of mind knowing help can be called with just the push of a button. A simple, practical solution for caregiving or checking in on loved ones.

Good alarm
This smart pager multifunctional SOS alarm works perfectly! It was very easy to figure out and set up. The device has one receiver and two simple buttons, making it straightforward and user-friendly. I especially appreciate that I can be in another household and still use it to check on and assist my elderly parents. It gives me peace of mind knowing help is just a button away. Highly recommend!
MICO’S TECH ADVICE –
The VOCA Smart SOS Pager is a highly thoughtful solution for caregiving environments. With one receiver and two buttons, it offers dependable coverage across rooms or even different floors in a house. I tested it with my elderly parent, and it provided great peace of mind knowing help could be called instantly.Setup is easy and intuitive. The buttons pair with the receiver without a hassle, and the signal range is impressive. The alert volume is loud enough to be heard from afar, and the receiver has adjustable volume settings for different needs. The WiFi functionality means you can also receive alerts through your phone, which is a major plus. The buttons are light and easy to press, even for someone with limited dexterity. They come with adhesive backing and lanyards, allowing placement in key areas like bathrooms, bedside tables, or worn around the neck. The compact design doesn’t get in the way but is noticeable enough in emergencies. This is a fantastic option for anyone caring for seniors, patients, or those with mobility challenges. It provides security and independence for users while giving caregivers timely notifications. Highly recommended for home use or small care facilities.

This is an inexpensive alarm system which is handy as emergency buttons in rooms within the house. However, I’d use a recognised call put provider for peace of mind, especially if not living in the same home.

The build quality of this item is very good, with great attention to detail and finishing. The main unit is aesthetically pleasing and looks good wherever I place it. The remote push buttons are equally well made. The main device appears to have two modes of operation which, if I’m interpreting it correctly, are selected via a switch on the back. In battery mode, you get roughly 24 hours of use before it needs recharging. With that in mind, battery operation isn’t really viable if someone needs to rely on it for contact at a moment’s notice. The range between the button and the main unit is excellent. In its current placement within a three-storey townhouse, I’ve yet to find a position where it fails to connect. The siren sounds similar to that used by emergency services—it activates for around five seconds, pauses, then sounds again. While it’s going off, the display lights up red.All in all, I’m pleased with both the appearance and performance, and see no reason not to recommend it if asked.

Connects via WiFi. Good if you are in the same building. For example, if an elderly person is in their room and needs help and presses the button, the alarm base station will sound and flash. You can also link it to a phone app but having tried this just locally, I didn’t find this so reliable but would use it if I just popped out to the shops for a few hours. If you need a wider option for people to have a home alarm, then I would use a recognised service provider. The other downside is that the devices need recharging at least every day. Something which is not easy to remember.

This is just what I needed for my mum to keep her safe. It works excellent on my phone but the person you are using it for will need broadband in they home to be able to use the WiFi and send a signal to your phone that’s the only down side to this device. If they have broadband then it’s excellent and works a treat, definitely worth buying if you want to keep someone safe if know if they have a fall.
