Handy and fast.
My Cardiologist’s PA loved my little Wellue oximeter! She wanted to know where I got it. When I said Amazon, she seemed amazed. When I told her the price, she was even more amazed. I had already bought an Apple Watch mainly to keep up with my pulse, blood oxygen and ecg. On the watch that meant using three different apps. AND it meant three time consuming steps to take three different measures: you have to push the button, scroll through apps, find the app for pulse, enable the app and wait well over a minute for the test; then push the button, Scroll through the apps, –well you get the scene. You could easily fiddle away ten or fifteen minutes accomplishing those three different tests. There had to be a better way. I found the little Wellue Fingertip Pulse Oximeter that does all three tests at the same time in about a minute or less. It has a nice ribbon so that I can wear it around my neck and check those three measurements in mere seconds. It fits in my pants pocket easily, and with that cute colorful ribbon I can find it deep in my purse. The Apple Watch cost me over four hundred dollars; my little Wellue was way under twenty dollars. Thinkabout it. In its neat screen I get my pulse, oxygen and ecg with those wavy lines and then a typed message stating the results of the ecg.

A Great Pulse Oximeter!
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of workmanship and the ease of use. The only thing I wish it also did was allow for re-orienting the display to keep it up no matter which way I prefer to keep my hand. Others allow a button press to do that. But this is purely a convenience. I tested it against other meters and found it matched them. I especially like the Perfusion Index, a derived reading that reflects the relative accuracy to be expected from the chosen placement. That addition alone makes this better than most. The auto-on is also a nice feature, as is the 30 second analysis setting vs the continuous monitoring setting. This unit does more than many units used in clinics and it does them well. This is also, IMO, the best looking pulse oximeter on the market. I will recommend it to anyone who is looking and this seller as well. I wish they had more things I need right now.Thank you.

Display does not automatically rotate but great value at $20
Has all the data you could want in a cheap at home pulse oximeter. Stores the last 12 measurements. Comes with a pulse beep on by default that is easy to turn on with the included instructions. I wish the screen would rotate, depending upon orientation but can’t complaint when you are getting this for around $20. Seems accurate compared to the readings I have gotten from the doctor’s office recently, so I trust the accuracy. One sure flaw I see is that when it is done measuring it will display text saying ‘no irregularity found’ rather than the actual measurements. But I watch while it is taking the measurements, so I know pretty well that pulse is around 60 and blood oxygenation is around 99.Measure daily now that we are heading into fall. Certainly provides peace of mind

Top Tier
I wouldn’t call myself a “pulse oximeter” connoisseur, mostly because I dont think such a rank exists– but this item delivers the quality you would expect of any other pulse oximeters at a much more affordable price range.Ive tested the readings against other competitors and Ive found the readings to be very consistent. The build material is not the greatest but if you are an ordinary person that isn’t super athletic and leaving your belongings susceptible to shock and other damage, you shouldn’t worry.I have not tested the water resistance level of this item so I am unable to provide you with any data regarding this but I would strongly suggest to not expose it to water.Overall, for its price, I think it is a very good item. You are able to select the option to alert you when your 02 is too low and when your heart rate is too high or low. This item performs the function it is supposed to and it does it very effectively and for a very economical price.

Pulse OX
This little device does its job! I find the readings to be accurate and easy to read. I’m a nurse who was having some respiratory problems. I’ve had a couple different O2 monitors from Amazon and this one falls somewhere in the middle. It is very accurate and easy to read but it has this crazy beeping that is very annoying. I would need to check my vitals in the middle of the night and felt bad because it would wake my husband up. It was a little tricky to figure out how to use at first because there is a button. I shared a video of using the product and the beep. For the price I think this is a great item.

Quality seems okay and functions as described. The unit was manufactured in 2021. Anyway, I am concerned with the readings. I bought it for pulse check and it seems to be accurate based on when I manually count my pulse.
