Reliable Pulse-ox monitor
This pulse ox provides continuous data on oxygen saturation and heart rate. It vibrates and/or beeps if your heart rate and /or o2 sat fall outside of customized ranges. This has helped me a lot as I have o2 dips at night when I sleep. This device helps me because when it vibrates, it reminds me to turn over into a better position so that I can breathe better. I really like the design. It is easy to use. It has great functionality as it syncs with the phone and keeps the data over time so it can be shown to the doctor. It seems to be very durable. It is also an excellent value for the money. It is less than a dollar a day if used over a year, and helps monitor your vitals. I am grateful for this product. I have worn it during a sleep study and the readings are accurate.

Exercise Marvel (but needs help)
I bought this to exercise with. I do not sleep with it. It works well but can be fiddley. The “ring ” part is too large for me. I was going to send it back, but I started trying other thing to keep the “ring” tighter. I tried duct tape, that did not work. then I tried a clip from my hot rollers and that works great! One cannot swing your arms excessively or curl the finger you have it on. If all else fails, turn it on and off. Once you get used to it, it is a marvel for those of us that need to watch our o2 as we exercise. There needs to be improved sizing for stability with exercise. If I was still, I think it would work as is.

Great Design & Features: so far so good!
This review is for the Wellue Checkme, based on several weeks of use. I purchased this because of an occasional breathing issue that my CPAP doesn’t help with. I will update this review in a few months, after I learn more about my issues, and this device. Please note, the CheckMe is NOT a medical device. But it is the right product for my needs. The CheckMe sensor has helped me learn more about my issue, giving me useful, customizable data. It also seems to help prevent my worst issues with its unobtrusive vibrating alarm. On the first night, I had set the vibrating alarm threshold to be too sensitive, so it went off too many times. The frequent waking, constant switching to “voluntary breathing”; and perhaps my own panic about low oxygen, seems to caused me to have more frequent breathing problems. It was a rough night. But I would call that a user error. When I lowered the threshold to 88% , that issue were completely resolved. The device and app are linked via bluetooth, and the app allows me to view and export my data. I like that it gives me a simple score for my night’s oxygen levels. The app keeps a running history of my data which I can view in detail. The app is very good. It allows data to be exported as PDF, CSV (spreadsheet), Binary, or images.I’m very happy with this purchase. Worth every penny to me.

It gets the job done, and that earned it 3 stars.
I bought this to improve my sleep, and the first night of sleep with it was some of the worst I’ve had in years. Even though I had vibration turned off, every single notification that came into my iphone caused the wrist unit to vibrate. The phone was on silent and didn’t vibrate. My apple watch on my other wrist didn’t vibrate, but this stupid thing wouldn’t stop vibrating every time I got a spam email overnight, because it picks up on something via the bluetooth and there’s no way to disable it without disabling all haptics in the phone. My only option was to disconnect the bluetooth to get back to sleep. Since this is a recording device, I was able to reconnect the bluetooth in the morning and download the complete session data, so it was able to do it’s job, but I will never again use it to sleep while real-time data is presented on my phone via bluetooth. What a stupid feature!I have thick fingers, and while I got good quality data with a high perfusion index using my thumb, I also ended up with a numb thumb because it was just a bit too tight, so I had to switch fingers in the middle of the night. Gladly I was already awake, since it shook my wrist to tell me about some email I got at 1 am. The sensor is excellent however, and it got sufficiently good data off my little finger (where getting reliable SpO2 data is difficult with most pulse oximeters), so feel free to try it on whatever finger fits best, keeping an eye on the PI.The documentation refers to an included data cable for PC use. Mine only came with a magnetic charging cable, and I’m not even sure where I could plug in a data cable. In any case, the iphone app allowed me to download the binary data into a cloud storage drive via the “files” iphone integration, and I was able to then use my PC software (OSCAR) to import the data from that cloud drive. So I suppose I don’t need the data cable? The app allows for multiple users, however you cannot review the data of one user while recording data from another. And due to both this, and the wrist vibration via notifications issue, using the app for real-time bluetooth data is not a good idea for someone sleeping, and for someone who is awake, you probably don’t need the recording feature and can use any old cheap fingertop pulse oximeter.Past all the negatives, the data it gets is very good, the 1 second data collection charts beautifully in OSCAR, and it checks off all the boxes of my “needs”. Just misses hard on some of the “wants”.edit (after a week of use):Battery life is better than advertised. I’m still on my first charge and may make it another WEEK. I think I’m getting the most of my battery life because I record each night without bluetooth (see above vibration issue), and in the morning download over bluetooth and then turn the unit off.The screen is too darned bright! On the DIMMEST setting. I’m not sure what the brightest setting exists for (maybe for someone who sleeps on the surface of the sun), because the dimmest is already as bright as my monitor in a well lit room. Again, on the dimmest setting, with the unit on my wrist facing up in my relatively dark (but not totally blacked out) bedroom and my eyes acclimated to the dark, I could watch a circle of light flashing on and off on my ceiling every time the heart symbol indicated my pulse! That’s too bright.I have been hoping I could get more used to the wrist strap. It isn’t uncomfortable, and it does it’s job, but it leaves a lot to be desired.

Great Value
I purchased the Checkme O2 Ultra Pulse Oximeter so that i could easily monitor both my oxygen saturation and my pulse rate.I like that it is easy to use, easy to recharge the unit, the data collected goes into my app and can be easily shared with my doctors. It is lightweight and very comfortable to sleep with it on.
