Customers say
Customers find the biometric monitor to be of good quality and appreciate its detailed information, with spot-on insights and recommendations for health improvements. The device effectively tracks workouts and sleep, and customers like its amazing battery life, with one noting it’s easy to recharge while wearing it. While the functionality and ease of use receive mixed feedback, with some reporting issues with the ECG feature and others finding it complicated to set up, customers consider it not worth the price tag.

This is best wearable you can buy
This is literally life-changing. I’ve had Whoop for two months, and it’s the best wearable I’ve ever had. I’m not a gym bro or an athletic person; I work almost all day, sitting in my office, and Whoop is still valuable to me.P.S. Whoop has an AI that is the best of the best. Guys, this is not like ChatGPT; Whoop AI already has a lot of insights about you, so it’s like talking with somebody who already knows you. I can’t even explain it.If you are wondering if this is valuable or not, the answer is yes. Even YouTube videos (which I watched a lot before buying) don’t explain it well. Go ahead and try this.

Membership
Got the product quickly. The product it self is a Health Tracker but with expensive Membership which charges money annually or monthly depends on which one from this two options did you choose. Because of this Whoop became something like a cool brand. If we are talking about functionality t’s good, but again quite expensive ) It does almost everything alike my Apple Watch but my Apple Watch needs to be charged every day when active using and it is annoying, I sometimes even forgot to put in on charge so with Whoop I can see my Health data without worrying about charging it. Buy it with 60$ discount

Love it
Actually surprised I like this as much as I do. I have literally tried every fitness watch. Garmin has been my go to in recent years. I was surprised how much I like this. I like that it gives you a strain goal. Basically a number it has you reach activity wise. So like if it gives me a 8 strain I exercise till I hit that specific strain. It’s great if you like to train by heart zones. I find I have less anxiety than wearing garmin as I can’t look as easy at my heart rate. It’s in the app but obviously not on the whoosh. I like the AI, it’s very handy. Don’t like the band should have option for silicone band on original order

Buyer beware. Really cool idea, but died after 3 weeks…. No idea when it will be replaced.
Totally excited to order this tracker (WHOOP 5.0) and the all the metrics it tracks and the AI interface in the app. make it seems you have a full time assist reviewing your daily steps, sleep, heart rate, etc. Once it arrived, I immediately downloaded the app and connected via bluetooth. Ok, I will break down the good and the bad:The Good:1. Great battery life and easy to recharge while wearing it. No screen obviously helps with this long battery life2. The application is very intuitive and it appears they are continuing on improving it.3. The AI assistant to give you insights with all your metrics and gives you recommendations on how you can improve your sleep, HR, and overall health.4. The built in Journal is really handy to track your overall habits.Ok, now the Bad….1. No screen. This was obvious when I ordered, but coming from a Fitbit, just something you need to get used to.2. Some of the metrics take weeks to unlock, so you need to be patient for those features, such as whats your WHOOP fitness age vs. actual age.3. $399.00 every year…4. The BIG ONE!!!!!!! My $399.00 WHOOP worked great for 3 weeks, then stopped tracking my sleep. After a couple nights of this, the built AI assistant recommended I shut off the blueotooth and re-connect. That did nothing. Next was to reset the unit. That did nothing. Basically without it tracking your sleep, it didn’t switch to the next day, so know all the my metrics were messed up. Example, my daily steps are usually 14K. It was know showing as 28K per day.So I contacted customer support… After they made me send photos proving how I was wearing it, then finally agreed after several days that the unit needed to be replaced. No kidding. As of today, I am 15 days without my unit working, and no ship date on when a replacement will be sent to me. All they told me is they have a lot of new orders. I really don’t care about, take care of your existing clients first. So, buyer beware.

Keeps me on track.
I don’t really think it gives me ground breaking insight into my life but it gives me motivation. That’s worth it in my opinion. I get motivation knowing the whoop is tracking my activity. I also like the sleep tracking. My favorite is the strength training tracker. I like that it keeps track of my work outs and I can try to beat myself the next week.

Whoops whips you into a good/healthy shape
It has been more than a month since I started wearing Whoop Peak with a membership, and I would say it has been helpful in changing my habits, especially sleep and strain activities I do. I also make use of the ‘Journal’ entries, so it helps with recovery. The Strain feature suggests a daily strain goal from your morning recovery, which includes HRV, RHR, sleep, resp. rate, skin temp that feeds into the color score. This also helps spot deviations from my baseline. The battery life is a good week, I would say, which is not bad at all, and the device is easy to use with its small size. There are a lot of other features the device has and I’ll be back for another review

Shipped from the USA to Thailand and arrived 3 days earlier than expected. The product was sent by an authorized WHOOP seller, delivered straight to me, and works perfectly

Whoop 5.0
I love all the data my Whoop band collects. If I had anything I could say is a negative about the Whoop. It’s a bit bulk. I’ve had a few family members joke and say it looks a police ankle monitor.

Honestly just a great device however I would like it more if there were less athlete and celebrity collabs, thus a cheaper and a more accessible price for everyone.

Procedure 10 minuutjes.
