Too Complicated – Still in the Box
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product was not easy to program or set up at all. I could never get it to connect to my internet or work properly. After multiple attempts, I gave up — it’s still sitting in the box unused. Very disappointed and not user-friendly at all.

Sense of security
I ordered this for my 85 year old mother. I put the buttons in the following places: on her walker, outside the shower, and next o her bed. The base is next to my bed and it is loud. The app sends me a signal if I’m not at home.

Don’t buy this product. Its a scam. Very difficult to use or setup. Unclear and unreadable information. Need to zoom into content. Trick plans for purchases notifications and no way to cancel and get refund. NO support. No customer service. It keeps looping you around.

It does have a subscription you have to pay morecfot
This thing was difficult to program and then once I got farther into it it sent a subscription to be able to send notifications. If your in the same house it will work but if you intend to get it to send you a notification plan on spending more.

Product description clearly stated that there is no monthly fees. However to use the phone feature you must get an expensive monthly subscription. Also, this company from China tries to get access to all your phone functionality & data during setup!
