Breaking apart, inconvenient return process
Very excited initially, fun for the little one to use.Unfortunately, the stitching started coming apart in the first couple weeks after minimal use.We wanted to exchange the fabric portion but were told the mount would have to come off as well and I don’t want extra holes in my ceiling…

My grandson LOVES this.
He is 3, his older sister has one that she did not want to share often so we got him this for Christmas after 5 months of dying to use his sisters. He loves it! I only marked easy to install as a 3 because it really does take someone with good skills to make sure this is mounted properly to the ceiling for safety sake. I clipped the video attached to not show his face but you can just see how fun this is!

Great quality. Can’t find install instructions?
Love the quality of this swing and it’s beautiful. The only issue is it did not come with any install directions. Not sure if they have them online but would be very interested in having them so I can install the swing safely.

Ripped within 3 months of purchasing
Love the color and material but it has unfortunately ripped already…it’s pricey.. was hoping for more

Falling apart after normal use
We initially loved this swing (and the kids are still obsessed) but it’s totally falling apart after several months of normal use. Will need to look for a different brand with better longevity. Way too expensive too fall apart and end up in the trash!
