**Updated review** I originally left a one star review because there was no customer service support through Amazon. After sharing my frustrations in a review Synlett’s customer service reached out to me via Facebook messenger and Instagram. I was very impressed at the length they went to to reach out to me to make sure my issue was resolved. Changing my review from one star two a five star because their customer service is actually fantastic. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

Really an excellent call station for this price point. It operates as advertised and we have had it now for a year and a half. No glitches. I don’t know what we would do without it. We have purchased three of these now for our homes.

Easy to set up
The instruction was easy enough to set it up by myself. The main device has power cable and also batteries that come with. But also the individual call buttons came with batteries, and a tool to open the battery place inside. That was helpful.It is good that this call has a chime and a voice that can tell you “number 1” on the receiver, rather than needing to go look at the number every time the button is pressed.

Will buy again and again
I own an IV therapy business. With our previous call system, it wouldn’t tell us which room our clients were calling from. So when someone would ring their call bell, we had to check every room until we knew which client needed something. Now with SYNLETT, a client pushed their button and it tells us which room they are paging us from. I will use these for all my locations from here on out. Also, just an extra bonus, their customer service is top notch!
