Very loud and effective way to ensure you can be there if you need to be
My parents like to garden a lot but they are getting older, so I worry. They both have the buttons outside when they are working and I have the pager inside, if they need me in an emergency I’m just a button push away. The alarm is quite loud so be careful when first turning it on. The range works for us, they are always about 75ft or so within distance to the pager unit so we’ve had no problems. It’s easy to use, simply ensure the batteries are good and then make sure you test them first, and you’re good to go. The connection to the base station is automatic, and you can adjust the volume on that unit as well. For peace of mind this is a great value proposition.

Just Okay.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Great if you’re not worried about a 24hour patient, alarm watch and necklace work and connects easy BUT the monitor for the caregiver often turns itself off after 1 hour so YOU as the Caregiver must constantly make sure your monitor is on and ready for alerts. Other than the quick turn off of the monitor it’s a reasonably good product!

works for what it was intended
pros: works well, no issue with range for upstairs/downstairs.con: pager/receiver tends to lose signal after sometime. When pressed the button on the watch, it won’t reach the receiver. Work around. After idling for some time, turn off/on to reset the receiver. press the button (on watch) to test signal. It works after reset every time.

It needs better alert for low battery
This thing is extremely annoying it goes off when you need to recharge it and there’s no quick way to shut it up. Usually in the middle of the night making me thing something was wrong when everything was fine. Mom never even used it. She just called me with her phone. So it only created a lot of unnecessary panic and stress for me.

No monthly fee…
My mother has had some health issues and needed a good way to be able to get ahold of me in case of emergency. Currently, the cell phone is a bit challenging for her. Therefore, I ordered the Pilsamas Elderly Monitoring System. The system comes with two transmitters and one receiver. The first transmitter can be hung around the neck or placed in a central location. The second is like a watch, with a standard watch band. Both have one big button that sends a signal to the receiver. The receiver has a 500 foot range, has three volume levels, 16 ringtones, a vibration and mute option, a low battery reminder, and is rechargable. The receiver can also be paired with up to 30 different transmitters and has an LED screen to show which device is transmitting. The receiver comes with a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, wall adapter not included.Overall, the Pilsamas Elderly Monitoring System is a great solution for my mom and myself. I live next door and I can hear the alarm in most areas of the house. I do have some issues when I am near all the metal in the HVAC closet, but that is to be expected. Regardless, this is a great option for us and we don’t have to pay a monthly fee to use it. Five stars.

Needs improvement in button sensitivity
I ordered this medical alert system hoping for reliable support, but it fell short of expectations. The system includes a pager, a wristwatch call button, and a wireless call button. The wireless call button was a major disappointment due to its low sensitivity. Pressing it often failed to activate the alarm promptly, requiring multiple hard presses. This was particularly challenging for the senior in our household, who struggled to use it effectively. The wristwatch call button performed better and was easier to use. Additionally, the pager’s battery life was far below the advertised 30 days, needing a recharge after just 3 days. While the system has some functional components, these issues significantly impact its effectiveness. I would rate it 3 stars and recommend improvements in button sensitivity and battery life for better usability.

Helpful for folks who are prone to falling!
This alert system has been wonderful! My mother-in-law is with us, and she is prone to falling quite often. We have a bed alarm on her bed, but that doesn’t stop her from getting up whenever she’s feeling stubborn! Three times in the past two weeks this alert system let us know when she had fallen. (No major injuries) She wears the one on her wrist and pushes it whenever she either needs us or has fallen. The wrist one is a tad bulky for her, but I think it’s because she has such a tiny wrist. The battery life seems to be good, this set works very well, and it has been so helpful. The main base has a good sound quality and is loud enough to wake me up in the middle of the night. This has been a big help since we can’t constantly be in her bedroom. Although it’s not a replacement for watching her, it has been a big help whenever I’m in throughout the house.
