So Glad I Gave This as a Gift — Office Legend-Level Comfort!
I bought this for my coworker, and wow — it was an awesome gift. The sound this keyboard makes is soooo comforting — every keystroke has this smooth, satisfying thock-thock that just makes typing feel good. Quality is amazing: solid build, nice materials, everything fits together nicely, and no rattles or loose pieces. And can we talk about the RGB presets? Super cute, super fun. The lights are bright without being obnoxious, and there are so many color modes that it’s easy to match whatever mood or setup. It’s also got that hot-swappable switch thing, which is a huge plus if you ever want to tinker or upgrade. If you want something that looks cool, feels premium, and gives that satisfying sound every time you type — this is it. Definitely worthy of 5 stars.

    I bought it used and…
I bought mine used, the quality was great for being used, however if you are planning to buy it please consider that it could be dirty, mine had hair between the keys. You can adjust the brightness with FN + up or down arrows and to change color is FN + left and right arrows. I figured that out without the manual book. The keyboard sounds great and is in good condition.

Cute. Decent bang for the buck. Carrying strap cosmetic ONLY.
This Womier VK66 Pro is a decent little keyboard, and it’s pretty cute. Straight out of the box, it sounds wonderful (sound is subjective, ymmv), especially for the price, and the stabilizers are good quality, with no rattle. The keycaps aren’t bad, but I personally hate the legends, both for the ugly font, and the choice to print them in a harsh black – I feel the legends make the keycaps look super cheap, but that’s just personal opinion. If I didn’t already own a KSNT KN85, I would say this is terrific bang for the buck, although it IS a good mechanical keyboard. The KSNT, however, is a tri-mode, 75% keyboard that costs less with its 10% coupon. In comparison, the KN85 admittedly lacks a knob or carrying strap, and uses proprietary software. The carrying strap on the VK66 Pro is attached via adhesive strip, so I personally won’t be trusting it to carry the keyboard. And the KSNT’s larger layout makes the software unnecessary for many, if not most, users – although if you prefer a 60% layout, the KSNT isn’t even in the running. I could not find any information on polling rate, so that may or may not be competitive vs. the 1000Hz polling rate of the VK66 Pro.I happened to also buy the pink MDA Profile Womier “Jelly” keycap set that is shown in marketing videos – and that is where the keyboard loses a little of its luster. The stock keycaps are dual-layered, and that contributed to a thockier, fuller sound. The jelly keycaps result in a higher pitched sound (still decent, just not near as pleasing), but you also now get hollowness from the cheap plastic keyboard case. One of the benefits of this keyboard not offering tri-mode capability was NOT needing to worry about an internal lithium ion battery becoming a fire hazard, and therefore NOT having to open the keyboard at some point to remove said battery. Except now, I’m going to need to take the keyboard apart ANYWAY, to try to address the hollow case sound. Presumably it’s held together with retention clips, which will require some care to prevent damage. The stock POM linear switches feel and sound nice. They have a nice light diffuser, but unfortunately are otherwise opaque. I can’t help but wonder, why keyboard manufacturers put clear or mostly clear keycaps on an RGB keyboard, and then opt out of using switches with transparent top housings. I may wind up swapping out the switches at some point solely for that reason. As an FYI, when swapping keycaps, the switches had a decent chance of being pulled from the PCB due to fairly tight stems on the stock keycaps.I haven’t dug out VIA yet, but the VK66-Pro does NOT have proper/native VIA compatibility, so you will have to download the .JSON file from Womier’s website, launch VIA (desktop software or browser version) and then load the file in VIA’s design tab via the upload button. In all, this is not a bad buy for the price, particularly if you’re looking for a 60% light weight keyboard with a 1000Hz polling rate. Do be warned, if you are considering buying direct from Womier’s website, that you WILL be hit by tariffs. A shame, since I could have saved over $20 buying this keyboard stock with the pink jelly keycaps in the first place. I’m not sure why we lack the option here on Amazon.UPDATE: I have only briefly used the keyboard. I have NEVER tried to carry it by the strap. I’ve had the keyboard displayed on an IKEA pegboard. Weeks after purchase, the carrying strap just fell off of the keyboard. Having a (weak) adhesive strip to fasten the carry strap to a slippery plastic surface is just a garbage design. The carrying strap should be considered PURELY cosmetic.

    Must Buy! Great Keyboard!
Keyboard functionality:I bought the keyboard with retro keys, and wow! I was blown away at how much better this was than my old logitech keyboard. I really like the sound of this keyboard, and it also types really well, unlike the old Logi keyboard.I originally wanted to buy a cheap keyboard, and just modify it to become good, but I really don’t think I need to modify this Womier VK66. For some reason the special retro keycaps sound a bit worse than the normal keycaps, and seem a bit lighter, but I think its mainly the spacebar.I like how you can change the different light modes, but I wish there was a option to turn of the lights entirely. I have a Mac, so I can’t install the driver, so I don’t know if that is a feature in the drive.Speaking of which, I like how there is a Mac mode and Windows mode. This way I can use Mac commands, which wasn’t the case for my old keyboard.Another great aspect of this keyboard are the kick stands. I didn’t think it I would use it, but it actually makes typing much more comfy. Overall, I think this is a must buy!

I almost never leave reviews but I had to for this
This is genuinely one of my favorite purchases I ever made, and this keyboard has been everything I wanted and more. The keys made such a satisfying, soft clicky-clacky noise (I don’t know how else to describe it), and the ability to change the lights to so many different colors everyday is adorable. This is the perfect addition for me as a work-from-homer, and I highly, highly recommend it. It’s such a decent price, too.

Literally the best keyboard I’ve gotten, it’s soooo pretty and sounds really nice (ignore my loud ps4 lolll) but it’s definitely worth the money

    In love
So many pattern options. All you have to do is hold your FN button and tap the backspace bar to cycle through them. The keyboard has a good weight to it and the sounds of the switches are absolutely perfect

You CAN change RGB don’t listen to some of these reviews
Don’t listen to the reviews saying you cannot change the RGB colors. YOU CAN. FN + backspace and FN + Delete change the color and mode. Sadly mine came with 2 LEDS broken so I have to get it replaced. Solid keyboard otherwise

Was just looking for a cheap keyboard for uni + coding. I personally don’t like it for coding but it’s good for uni work. Especially for the price a very good option + looks amazing. The cable also doesn’t disturb me.
