Most beautiful keyboard I’ve owned
This is an awesome keyboard, especially for the price. The look is astonishing, and with changed switches you can make this thing sound beautiful. It threw a wrench in my plans as I ended up finding the green keys it came with absolutely breath-taking. I bought a second one and use that one with some other keycaps I found on Amazon.I find that it keeps a really great charge, I barely charge it at all. I had an issue with a couple of the keys slowly starting to degrade fairly quickly (in terms of not working when pressed) but was able to switch out the switches anyway, though I still have that issue rarely on specifically Ctrl and I even with new switches. The other keyboard does not have this issue, however.

Great, but needs new keycaps
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I picked this keyboard just because I found the real wood to be a novel thing to try, and I like the aesthetic. Out of the box I could still smell the finish they put on the wood, but it was faint and after a week it’s completely gone. The finish is smooth and soft to the touch, and the machining appears to be good. One benefit of the wood is that it is considerably lighter than aluminum while still having a premium feel and sound. I also have the rd75 and that thing is heeaaaavy. This seems to be a plate mounted keyboard, and offers a very stiff typing experience, which I personally prefer. The stock switches are light weight and feel good. I felt no desire to replace them.I question womier’s choice of the shine through Polycarbonate keycaps, which I think run counter to the aesthetics of the wood. Its ultra plasticy and tacky looking material to put on a natural wood product. I immediately found a different themed keycap that I like the look of, and i’m now quite happy. The sound with the stock keycaps is pretty good, but the PC caps really cut the deep sounds and give it a much higher sound profile. With dye-sub pbt keycaps I was able to get a much deeper, woody sound and I really enjoy it.The stock layout of the navigation cluster (pg up, pg dn, home, etc) is fairly unconventional and didn’t match most other keycap sets. Its fixable in VIA, just download the json file from womier’s website, turn on the design tab, upload the json file, then authorize the device to start editing. In summary, this keyboard is great, but to get the most out if it you will need to invest in a good set of dye-sub pbt keycaps and may need to tweak the keybinsings. I used a set called sumgsn autumn osmanthus.

Amazing
Excellent value, stunning looks and sound. My wife loved it even having zero prior interest in keyboards. Switches with LEDs facing front are very clever, their light patterns are very diverse and creative.

Yes, comes with a USB C cable
Yes, it comes with a USB C cable, and a tool for removing keycaps. Wood looks good; not warped etc. soft thocky sound

Looks like I spent more than I did
This keyboard is quite lovely and affordable especially for a wooden one. It has a nice weight to it and a premium look. I’m not a fan of the translucent keys it came with, so I swapped them out with a set of PBT caps I have. Typing sounds are good, on the poppy side rather than creamy or thoky imo.I am really disapointed it didn’t come with a dustcover. Most keyboards I’ve bought in this price range and lower have come with one. As a cat owner, I’ll have to buy one.I’ve been unable to change the lights using VIA. The keyboard does have quite a few pre-programmed rbg settings which work, and I didn’t purchase it for the lights so I’m not upset about it.
