I use this at the gym after swimming or workout
I have been running this against my big at home bpm to see that it is accurate. It reads a little higher than the other two, but consistently. They are both upper arm monitors as opposed to this wrist position.I use this at the gym after swimming or workout and adjust for the high end readings. As BP is somewhat variable, I take this as an indicator and it keeps me aware of my BP.Nice carry case and it has survived in my gym bag all this time. Batteries have yet to run out.

Very easy to read monitor
This automatic wrist blood pressure monitor is incredibly convenient for quick, daily readings at home or on the go. Its main advantage is its simplicity and portability. The best part of this monitor is how clear and easy it is to read the results. The one-touch operation makes it extremely easy to use without any complex setup, and the compact size, along with the included storage case, is perfect for travel or keeping in a desk drawer. For anyone who finds upper-arm cuffs uncomfortable or cumbersome, the wrist-based design is a much more pleasant experience. However, the key to using this device effectively is understanding its limitations regarding accuracy. Wrist monitors are highly sensitive to body position. For a reliable reading, you **must** ensure your wrist is positioned exactly at heart level every single time you use it. Failing to do this can lead to inconsistent and misleading results. It’s best practice to take a few readings and average them, and to compare the monitor’s results with the readings from your doctor’s upper-arm device to understand any potential variance. In short, this is an excellent tool for tracking blood pressure trends between doctor’s appointments, especially for those who value ease of use and portability. But for users who require the highest level of accuracy for medical management, a traditional upper-arm monitor recommended by a physician remains the gold standard. I recommend it.

The Perfect Compact Machine!
This machine is so perfect for me. As someone who is on the go and generally packs a carry-on, I couldn’t be more pleased with this machine.I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and my doctor requires that I monitor my blood pressure. I have the standard machine but I travel a lot. My old machine can be a little bulky and difficult to pack. This machine is perfect for me as it fits into the tiny little white box that fits in one hand. The machine is so easy to use. The instructions are on the cuff itself as well as in the little instruction manual. The blood pressure readings are pretty consistent when done back-to-back.I love that the screen changes color based on the results. There is a color chart next to the screen as well, so you know instantly if your results are good, okay or bad. When you click the button to start the very brief process you feel the usual pressure that happens as the cuff expands. It doesn’t hurt and it doesn’t last long at all. It works really well. When you are done, you simply tuck the cuff back into the container which is so compact. I can literally tuck it into my backpack or carry-on without issue. The charging cable fits inside the case as well in case you need it on the go, but the machine stays charged for quite some time and charges quickly when you need it.I am grateful for this cuff as it allows me to live my life while still checking my blood pressure and staying healthy.I highly recommend it!

Excellent and practical
I loved it because it meets my family’s needs. It is very practical, comfortable, easy to use, but above all, a very good price. I recommend it. It arrived intact, just as they offer it.

User friendly blood pressure monitor
This blood pressure monitor is affordable and user-friendly. Its simple design features a large, visible display, making it comfortable and painless to use. My friend, a seasoned nurse, compared her heart rate readings to these, and they matched, indicating its accuracy for the heart rate readings. However, it’s advisable to take multiple readings and average them, as the hand position plays a crucial role, and any movement can affect the results. To ensure the best readings, it’s essential to follow the guidelines printed on the wristband of the monitor. Also, it doesn’t work while it’s plugged in and charging.

Very handy
Super handy to have around the house and easy to use. I had another one that had to use an app and was a total pain to use every time I tried it, eventually the manufacturer went out of business and the app disappeared and now it is useless. This one was a fraction of the price of that one and always just works and doesn’t have to connect to anything. Super portable with a nice little carrying case. Easy to read and understand with the built in color coding scale. Seemed accurate compared to what I was at the doctor.

Extremely convenient and easy to use.
In my experience, blood pressure measurements can vary almost minute to minute, depending upon multiple factors. This seems true whether the measurements are taken at a doctor’s office or with an at-home monitor like this one. For years I’ve had an upper arm cuff blood pressure monitor and compared its readings to the readings of this wrist cuff monitor, and both gave me different readings at different times. But, again, that seems to be normal. If anything, this monitor gives me lower pressure readings than my arm cuff model. Nevertheless, I like this one very much because it is much smaller, cordless, and therefore more convenient to use. I feel that this blood pressure monitor is an outstanding value for the money and suggest you definitely give it your consideration. If there was someway to be sure of its absolute accuracy, I would give it 5 stars
