Great product! I’ve used this for my hands, elbows, and even used it on my foot when I broke my toe. It’s so comfortable and quickly helps to lower pain and swelling. I highly recommend!

Hot Cold therapy at its best
This thing is amazing. I’ve bought so many braces and treatments for my CMC and nothing gives much relief. It’s so cold from the freezer that I have to lay it over my hand to warm up a bit. Heat therapy is heavenly. I recommend if you want hot cold therapy, buy 2. It does take a while to chill. Gel filled so it stays warm or cold for a while. I do cold, then warm, then throw back in the freezer. Love it!

Coldcool Therapy Gloves — They are Ambidextrous
I am using the Coldcool Hot and Cold Hand Therapy Gloves as a thumb brace for the thumb on my left hand. I am using its HOT therapy feature because I find the heat to be more pleasant than the cold treatment.[Be sure to heed the instructions and DO NOT HEAT IN A MICROWAVE FOR MORE THAN 10 SECONDS. The thumb wrap area can become unbearable hot if heated in a microwave for longer than 15 seconds and the Lord only knows what would happen if one were to heat it for over one minute.]The good news is that the product is:1. Ambidextrous – it works equally well on either hand.2. Well-constructed3. Comfortable4. Easy to place on the hand/wrist/thumb area.5. Easy to adjust.6. Incredibly supportive7. Useful — can work with either cold or hot therapy situationsI wear it at night … it is comfortable to wear while I sleep.I am giving this product – the Coldcool Hot and Cold Hand Therapy Gloves — four stars.I would have given this product five stars, however my package was missing the gift of two differing size finger ice packs. I will not speculate as to where these two items are residing, they are just not residing at my house. God only knows.

Does not stay cold at all
The ice pack is small but that’s the best thing. Even after 24 hrs in freezer only stays cold for 5 min. Vendor said put in longer. Not really a solution. Definitely you should pass on this

Perfect, affordable solution for wrist pain
This was exactly what I needed when I injured my wrist. It is super easy to keep in place and gave me the relief I needed while healing up. Definitely worth the money to purchase this rather than trying to keep an ice pack on your wrist!
