Great case for both glucometer and insulin
This case will hold everything. Your glucometer, test strips, etc In the top zipper part.The bottom zippered part will hold a cold pack and syringes. Then the insert that goes in the bottom part can hold another cold pack, a sleeve for an insulin pen, two loops for two bottles of insulin, and a used needle Clipper. I’ve had it several months and it’s holding up great and I am in and out of it at least four times a day! Most importantly, it keeps a glucometer separate from the cold packs since cold can affect the readings you get on a glucometer.

Works good for TRT supplies
I have tried to find a good case to hold my testosterone supplies while traveling and to just keep them organized. This case has served this purpose well. The removable folding pouch holds up to 3 10ml vials, alcohol pads and several needles without issue. I removed the Ice packs and added them to my kids injury ice pack collection in the freezer but the compartment works well to store extra syringes and other medications. The top portions has a zipper mesh that holds my prescriptions and a needle clipper.This is not a hard case but is padded well enough that I have not had any issues with tossing it around or dropping it. Never had a vial brake or anything else for that matter. I would assume this would work well for diabetic supplies as well with plenty of room for testing equipment, test strips and injection supplies.

Love it, but….
I’m loving this product. I just received it yesterday. The reason for 4 stars is due to one part of the design. It’s designed to hold syringes, not the small ones for the insulin pens. I ended up putting them in where they showed syringes, but it makes it difficult for my fingers to get one out.We Will see this weekend, when I’m it for the day, how well ice packs will work. 😉

If you must carry medication that needs to be refrigerated when you travel, this item is a must have. I have used this over an over again when I go on weekend getaways and even during a power outage. This is a very useful item to have on hand.

Works great for IVF supplies to travel
Big enough to fit all my large syringes & needles, alcohol wipes, large gauge needles, a sharps container, & a tall vial of IVF injectable medication. It also comes with 2 small ice packs & another insert piece with pockets, but I wouldn’t have room for everything if I put that in there. If you have to travel with doing IVF Progesterone injections, this will fit enough for a week. Well made, I would suggest buying it if you’re on the fence.

this little bag fits my shots perfectly for the purpose. I keep my ivf meds in it so that I can travel with my shots and give them to myself on time.one side holds little freezer packs to keep your shots cool, the other side for shots that don’t need to be.perfect size to fit in a medium sized handbag.

Bought for my daughters type 1 diabetes supplies. It fit everything from her insulin pens, extra needles, alcohol swabs and insulin. Lots of space for the supplies. Also had nice compartments to put things in. We went on an 8 hour road trip and the cold packs which were frozen the night before stayed cold the entire time. It has a nice separate insert you can use outside the main bag. The zippers are good quality as well as the fabric. Would recommend.

We’ve had this case for over 2 years, both on MDI and insulin pump, and we LOVE it! Nicely fits 2 pens & insulin with a BG meter, or 3 omnipods, a pen & insulin, or whatever combo you want in a convenient, insulated travel pack. Stands up really well. Highly recommended!
