My hand goes to sleep painfully when I grip things. This strap is a bit too tight on my hand. However, I did put it on the garden hose to help me water. In that application. it worked well for its purpose.

Happy that my mom can do more with her arthritis!
I bought the Aqua eazyhold for my Mom who has arthritis. I tested it out before I gave it to her so that I could make sure it worked and it was comfortable enough for her.I tried it on everything I could think of around her house that I though she might want to use it on, and i could hold basically EVERYTHING without even the slightest use of my fingers. Completely soft and comfortable, but firm enough to add grip.I took some photos so that I could show all the different uses, So i put it on her toothbrush, Kitchen utensils my broom, my dog ( to give her a laugh, lol)It was so great when I gave it to her. She immediately went in and put it on her electric toothbrush and brushed her teeth, said it was very useful and Said it was soft and comfortable. We brainstormed what else she could use it for, and it put her at ease almost instantly.I am going to buy her the lavender one next for her eating utensilsIt’s VERY satisfying to find something that works well for my mom, as she hasn’t had very much luck with regular “assistive straps”. You will need help
Seemed like a great idea when I saw them, and maybe it is but if, like me, and your fingers are paralyzed then you will need some to stretch the loop ends over whatever you are trying to use this item with.

Independence
These adapters have given me independence. I’m a quad amputee due to meds used to treat septic shock. My hands were amputated at the wrists. The adapters fit my comb, toothbrush, pen, etc. I fit the adapter just below my wrist.

Does not work for me!
I tried this out at a restaurant and I used one of them on a fork it just would NOT stay straight. Every time I tried to use my fork it would twist sideways and was too hard to stick it in my food to pick it up. The rubber it is made of is too flexible and made it hard to stick my food hard enough to penetrate the food with a fork. The holes on both ends of it that you slide on the handle of the fork or spoon is round and the handle WILL NOT stay straight. If the hole would have been made slotted it may have stayed straight and the food WOULD NOT FALL OFF the fork or spoon when you tried to pick the food up!

Poor Sizes
This item came on time, and I was hoping to use it with my hair dryer and electric toothbrush. I ordered the Large size, but these were anything but large. They did not fit my average-sized woman’s hands, and the openings for the hair dryer or toothbrush were so small that they did not fit. I was disappointed and returned the item.
