Pain Relief!
I can’t say enough good things about these inserts. They truly help with plantar fasclitis. I’m order more for my other shoes. Great padding in the heel!

Extremely firm, stabilizing insoles best suited for heavier users
These insoles are very firm and restrictive, with a rigid design best for heavier people who need strong heel stabilization for plantar fasciitis or similar issues. They didn’t work for me because the lack of flex extended further than I’m used to and caused a different kind of pain, and I don’t think I’m heavy enough for how firm they are. Still, I can see them being exactly what the right person needs. The foam is extremely firm, and the black bottom layer is inflexible plastic. Some rigidity in the heel is normal for plantar fasciitis insoles, but these are more rigid than most.✅ Pros• Very strong heel stabilization• Heavy-duty firmness• Could be ideal for users who need maximum support❌ Cons• Too rigid for lighter users• Minimal flex can cause discomfort• Very thick for the amount of cushioning they provideThese insoles offer heavy-duty support and rigidity, but they’re only a good match for users who genuinely need that level of firmness.-Review of YOLIS “Plantar Fasclitis Orthotic Insoles for Flat Feet, Arch Support Inserts Men Women, 220+lbs Heavy Duty Work Boot Shoe Insole for Heel & Foot Pain, Arch Pain Relief, Shock Absorb”

Heavy-Duty Arch Support Insoles Truly Provide Pain Relief!
I had never used insoles before, but my chiropractor suggested I try some with arch support. I chose these Plantar Fasciitis Insoles and I am now definitely a fan!At first, they felt slightly uncomfortable, but I quickly realized that was just my feet getting used to having proper support. Now, when I wear a pair of shoes without them, I can tell a huge difference—and by the end of the day, my feet ache. These insoles are absolutely making a difference in my comfort level. These aren’t standard inserts; they are Heavy-Duty Orthotics built to mimic human anatomy for maximum relaxation and pain relief. They feature an Ergonomic 3-Point Support Design that supports the forefoot, arch, and heel. This is ideal for managing pain related to flat feet, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and over-pronation.The construction includes a PU base and EVA memory foam, providing shock absorption than traditional insoles. The U-shaped deep heel cup locks the heel for stability and relieves impact. The breathable velvet fabric keeps my feet cool, dry, and odor-free, making them perfect for wearing all day. Each one has a printed marking on the underneath (see pic) to help guide the trimming to fit a smaller size shoe.My husband commented that they have improved my posture, which I believe because I think they distribute pressure, and stabilize my stance.I highly recommend giving these a try!*****As an Amazon Vine member, I personally select products to review. I tend to choose items that align with my interests and needs, which often leads to positive 4- and 5-star ratings. However, if a product does not meet my expectations, I will always provide an honest and transparent assessment of its performance. EVERYTHING starts at a 5, and goes from there. I thoroughly read the descriptions and if I don’t like the description, I don’t order the item. If the product shows up as advertised they get a 5. If there are unadvertised flaws, or if the information or photos are misleading, it is noted and stars removed accordingly.**All opinions expressed in my reviews are my own, and on occasion, I may include feedback from my family or friends to offer a more comprehensive perspective.**

Heavy duty, with stiff firm arch support. Not much cushion or comfort, but hopefully supportive
I weigh 230lbs and wear through shoe insoles pretty quickly when I work on jobsites and am on my feet walking a lot for 8-12 hour days. These insoles were described as “Heavy Duty” so I wanted to give them a try. They are firm and do not have as much cushion or comfort as my other insoles, and they have a very stiff and pronounce arch support that is kind of uncomfortable. I hope that over time, my feet can get used to them, and they help me walk without sore feet.

Perfect for my WIDE and FLAT feet!!
These might be my favorite non-custom orthotics! I picked these up because my custom orthotics have too much “volume” for my boots (Red Wing, Keen, Jim Green). When I wear these customs, the tops of the boots pinch down onto my foot, creating pressure and hot spots on my toes. The best I’ve been able to do is use stock inserts with thin leather/foam insoles–NOT great for my WIDE, FLAT feet!!These were the answers I needed! While I still prefer my custom orthotics overall, these inserts have a low enough profile to work perfectly in ALL of my boots without creating any pinch or pressure. At the same time, they have enough structure and padding to be genuinely comfortable for my flat, no-arch feet. I didn’t experience any fatigue, no hot spots, no toe pinching–just support that felt very natural for me. I felt ZERO pain! They were also very easy to cut down and shape for my shoe size, with a little line/guide that made it easy to cut with scissors. If you’re flat-footed, need a low-volume insert, or want something supportive without making your shoes feel too tight, I HIGHLY recommend these. They’re amazing, and I’ll absolutely be buying extras and replacements.
