Durable enough for our Autistic Grandson.
This was quite a helpful tool for our grandson. Now, instead of “fighting” Dad and Mom over time limits, he can see his time remaining. This gives him a sence of control and management, vs “just Mom and Dad trying to end his fun.” Works well.

Great timer! I like that you can set it either sound or silent with a light. I like the blue highlight for remaining time. It perfect for my kids to use and see how much time is left. Very user friendly.

Overall, it does what it says
This timer isn’t trying to be anything too fancy. If you need advanced features, stick to your smartphone. For what this is advertised to do, it does it well. It’s simple and kids and figure out how to use it (which is my use case). The nightlight feature is nice and makes this a useful product in low light. The timer loudness and sound options are suitable. The look of this product is simple yet classic without being an egg timer. The batteries seem to last, but it is a disappointment it’s not a rechargeable battery, but that’s not a deal breaker. It takes AAA batteries.I had to order a replacement for this product because the first one that arrived didn’t work. It was very likely broken in the box during shipment. That may be indicative of the quality of this product long term, however I’ll withhold judgement since I haven’t seen anything wrong with the replacement.

A must-have for littles
I use this EVERY day for my 4 and 2 year old. I keep it in an easily accessible location so that I can grab it whenever I need to set a time limit on something- i.e. screen time, dinner in 10 minutes, time for pajamas, etc. It’s so handy that it has two different beeper volumes and a flashing-light option for when you need quiet. It’s easy enough to turn that my 4yr old has no problem. No issues functionally. The *only* thing is it’s been dropped a couple times and the batteries have popped out, but I just taped over the compartment and we’ve had no issues. I would purchase again!

Great timer for kids
I bought this for my son who doesn’t quite understand elapsed time yet. He loves “beating the clock” when it comes to using this as a motivator, and he’s starting to understand how long 5 minutes is when it’s a timer to turn things off.What I love about this is that it has two volume presets for the alarm, but also that it has the option to be silent and it uses a light to flash when time is up. Not only is that lovely for my overstimulated self, but it also is accessible for those hard of hearing.I thought it was a great value for all of the features and very easy to use.

Me hubiera gustado q fuera mas grande. Lo uso en clase para marcar los tiempos de cada sesion. Es ideal, os alumnos ven claramente como la franja de tiempo va dismibuyendo a medid q se va consumiendo la sesion y les ayuda a agilizar las tareas de clase al percibir el tiempo del q disponen antes de cambiar de area.A mi tambien me facilita la distribucion de tareas demtro de cada sesion. Perfecto. La pega es el tamaño. Cabe en una mano. Se lo ví a una compalera años atras mas grande e imantado. En esta ocasion no lo encontré mas grande. La unica pega para mí, es esa, el tamaño.
