Customers find these compression socks comfortable and easy to put on, with a soft band at the knees and smooth knit material. The socks effectively help with leg circulation and reduce aches and pains, while bringing down swelling, particularly in ankles and feet. They appreciate the good fit, especially for wide calves, and one customer mentions they work well with sandals.

Comfortable compression!
I absolutely love these compression socks! I tend to run ‘hot’, so having my toes uncovered helps my feet not sweat while wearing them. The wider calf is a saving grace and helps getting them on.

Very comfortable
I ordered these because I spend a lot of time working on the computer which causes some swelling in my ankles and feet. I also have plantar fasciitis which causes pain in my heel. I have tried many different types and brands of socks and sleeves and they all end up being too tight around my calf or too short to go over my calf. After reading the reviews for these I decided to give them a try. Upon trying to put them on I saw that they were also snug on my calf. However the quality felt really good and the material way more comfortable than most. I had planned on purchasing the next size up but before I could the company reached out to me to see how I was liking them. I told them my issue with size (which was completely my fault for guessing and not measuring). They told me they would send me the next size up completely free of charge. I was completely amazed and grateful with the customer service they provided. I received my new pair and have been wearing them. They feel great, the size is perfect. The material feels good and is not scratchy like some other socks or sleeves I have purchased. They have greatly reduced the swelling in my ankles and feet and have also helped tremendously with the plantar fasciitis pain I get. I would highly recommend trying these out. Just make sure you measure your calf first!

Fit great and work well
These are the best compression socks for plus size people. Fit great. Only issue is that they are expensive on my budget so I can only afford a few pairs

Pleasantly surprised
Honestly wasn’t sure if these were going to fit me since my calves are 26″ and I am 6’1″ but thankfully they came just below my knee and felt comfortable once I got them on. As I anticipated, these do not fit as snugly as my Mojo socks since they are constructed of a different material. However, they do offer a decent amount of compression and are a lot cooler which is nice considering warmer weather is coming! Best part is these do NOT slide down, so I am not having to constantly adjust them throughout the day. Hooray! The band across the foot stays in place without feeling constricted, and I can wear regular socks on top of these and there is no rubbing or chafing of my foot since these don’t move around a lot inside my shoe. These are easy enough to get on, especially if you fold them halfway over on themselves then slide them over your foot and ankle, then pull to mid calf and unroll the rest to the top of your leg. Packaging was great and has a nice QRC on the outside that offers a discount on your next purchase, which is groovy if you have a way to scan the code (but might be nice to also offer a printed text code for those who don’t). There are clear, direct instructions for care of these socks so be sure to follow them to avoid shrinkage since these are made of mostly cotton and spandex, versus nylon and spandex. Have worn the socks for several days now, and I will consider purchasing another pair or so if they continue to hold up well after several more washings.I think these are a great introduction to compression socks if you have any of the conditions these profess to help prevent or alleviate as listed in the description above, and would add pregnancy induced leg swelling as well. However, if you have chronic lymphedema, these are unlikely to provide the firmer level of compression that this condition requires.Seller sent an email offering to assist with any questions or concerns I might have post-purchase, and seemed genuinely invested in the integrity of their product and the satisfaction of their customers. That kind of attitude would make me likely to buy from them again, or reach out should any issues arise. If you are sitting on the fence wondering if you should try these out, I say give them a go. Just measure your calf width and length to make sure you get the right size. I am happy I did and will update my review to reflect any issues that may arise down the line.

Finally! A compression sleeve for big legs!
UPDATE: I purchased the black sleeve in 3XL and gave the below review. I was so happy with them that I bought 2 more pair in the same size different colors. However these 2 pair didnt fit like the black pair in 3XL.They were shorter and too tight cutting off my circulation. They hurt my legs and were very difficult to get off. They were nothing like the black pair. These would be great but Ive spent almost $90 and only 1 of the pair fit. 3 pair suppose to be the same size but they weren’t. That’s too much money to spend and the sizes and compression not be consistent. I absolutely love these! They come in different sizes and has a gradual compression, they don’t slide down(if you ordered the right size), and best of all they don’t cut off my circulation! Easy on and easy off and my legs feel so good in them. The swelling in my legs and feet have gone away. Oh and I love the opened toe sleeve…. no more pinched toes! Can’t say enough about these! Absolutely the best! Get them, you won’t regret!

Best for plus size
I have 5 pair of these fantastic compression sleeves and the open toe style. They are just wonderful! I have experienced several different brands over the years without success. They have gentile, effective compression without cutting off your circulation, and easy to get on. I also wear them to sleep for restless legs during problem nights. A game changer! They are made well and wash beautifully. I wash them in a mesh bag and hang to dry. I highly recommend!

Better than expected!!!
My husband has trouble finding socks that are both comfortable on his muscular calves and yet don’t fit too tight on the toes that will also help with swelling of the ankles. These socks are going to be the last ones I will have to try for him. He loves them so much that I ordered another pair a day or so later. I must have purchased 30 different kinds of socks for him in the last 6 months and nothing worked. My hunt is now over and will only be buying these socks from now on. Thank you Zeta Wear for Plus Size Open Toe Leg Sleeve Support Socks – Wide Compression !!! I have no idea why they say they’re for women because they’re just socks. Any gender can wear them.

I have tried at least 4 types of compression stockings/socks in the last year and these are by far my favourites and the only ones I will wear now. They have the perfect amount of compression and fit my legs just right. I love that they go all the way down to the feet, because I’ve tried both calf-only and sock-style compression things before and everything tends to cut me off at the ankles. These stockings, however, compress my calf, ankle and upper foot areas well. These have been an absolute lifesaver at work, helping to reduce my increasingly bad leg swelling and relieve some of the pressure on my feet. I have two pairs and going to order a third soon, highly reccomend!

Very stretchy, made of very soft fabric. Supportive and very comfortable for wearing all day. Snags very easily if you don’t take care. Machine washable on a wool setting at 30 degrees and then rolled in a towel and left to dry naturally.

I suffer with swollen ankles due to being overweight and dread going on holiday as plane travel makes them worse. I’ve tried compression socks before but they’ve all been too tight and I take them off not long after I’ve put them on but these fit perfectly. They are tight enough to provide support but not too tight that they leave marks on your legs.We recently went overseas and I had these socks on for nearly 12 hours. To be honest my legs felt very supporting throughout and I was absolutely amazed that when we got to our hotel and I took my socks off there was NO ankle swelling. I was so happy as they are usually so swollen it takes a couple of days to get them back to normal.Since coming back off holiday I wear them for work when I know I’m going to be sat at a desk all day.The only issue I had was it felt a bid odd with the open toes. I’m not sure what the purpose of this is but I’ve bought another paid – with full toes in.

Comfortable and provided much needed releif. These enable me to stand for longer periods of time without swelling or feeling as exhausted as usual.
