Works as advertised , outstanding tech support without a long time waiting on line.
The Smart Pill Dispenser is the dispenser I have been looking for. After seeing how well mine functioned, I order one for my wife, who due to dementia was having trouble taking her pills. The system is very easy to program and if there are any problems, tech support is only one ring away, no jumping through many rings to talk to tech support. Being 85, I had a minor problem, due to my wife’s cellphone have too many popups. Tech support was very patient with me and waited until, I was able to correct the problem. I can not’ imagine correcting the problem via emails. The dispenser works great and I highly recommend it. It is well worth the extra dollars.

Great product
The size is perfect for all the supplements I take. It’s compact and easy to use or bring with me if needed. Or if I am going somewhere for a couple of days I can bring just 2 of the pill pods inside rather than the whole container! So far the quality seems to be good, it is sturdy. It opens and closes nicely.I used to have a standard pill case from the drug store, but this is better in my opinion.

This is a terrible product I wish I could give negative stars
This pillbox is absolute garbage. I purchased to assist my loved one in managing his pills but we are not able to use this product. It does not dispense the pills at the designated times which then requiresme to manuallyopen the box with a key or fingerprint to get the pills. The whole pointwas to assist him in independence. The application is not user friendly, it barely holds a charge and the reminder is too quiet to benefit anyone. This was an epic waste of money. I wish I could return it but I am a few days too late. I hope I can save someone else the frustration, don’t buy this!

This item is a bit pricey, but works very well!It can definitely be broken into to get the meds out before the alarm, but can also be used in a behaved manner for an addict to get their head on right (if there is such a person)!!I got this item for myself! Mainly for my family and I, to help me manage my addiction and it has made my family and I more at piece and is costing us way less on daily med management due to travel!!The device has an app and alarm that informs my family member when I have gotten my medication on time!! This part works great and is made so much better than those $70. ones, but it can be destroyed by any type of aggressive behavior to get medication out before the appropriate time!! That being said it probably will not work well after an aggressive act of violence that every addict can go through!!#1 Overall this Item is a 5/5#2 5/5 on Design#3 5/5 on Application ((*note*) I do not have the App on my phone or other devices and I think that is why this product works well with my mindset))!!#3 2/5 on the materials that it’s made from!!Best of luck to you if you’re going through Addiction!!I still would like to say that this is a great start!!If you’re gonna get a Dispenser for medication this one is a decent item! Set up a little confusing but great once you figure it out.
Set up was a little tricky but we got it working and all is well. We were confused by all the rings for 2/day, 3/d day etc and at first thought you could set some up for 2/day and others for 3/day but you have to choose one. Or buy more than one pretty expensive gadget. The alarm is distinct and my husband who is hard of hearing can hear it fine. It even will wake him in the morning if he has overslept.

Perfect pill organizer
This just arrived and I’m so excited to organize all my medication and supplements. I love being organized but my medications are the one thing in my life I haven’t organized. I bought 2 so I could fit 2weeks worth and be able to bring these on trips with me. The case is easy to open and close with one hand and so are the little cases.

Best device on the market, but….
Would recommend! We’ve tried a couple different auto pill dispensers, and this is the best one. Large pill pockets for people who take a lot of pills. The locking fingerprint reader is excellent so that you don’t have to use a key to unlock it.With that said, it still has some issues/aggravations and would love to see it have the ability to send confirmation and failure messages externally to family support systems. If someone can be there to fiddle with it when it gets finicky, the issues are usually easily resolved, but might not be for non-technical people.The little plastic door that drops the pills tends to get stuck in the down position keeping you from being able to pop out the drawer with the pills. Holding down the cancel button (while connected to Bluetooth with the lid closed) for three seconds causes the door to move and eventually corrects itself. It just takes several tries. It doesn’t happen often but enough to complain about.The only other aggravation is you have to have an app connected to Bluetooth to use the buttons on the device. The pill dispenser will still work once programmed and the Bluetooth is disconnected. For example a family member sets it up on their own phone and doesn’t want the app installed on the users phone where they can fiddle with it. Which is key with dementia patients.

I Love this pill organizer! I take out the case for the next day night before. When I go to refill them I just have them all out with lids pulled up.These are especially great for traveling since they have the outer case for no pill/vitamin loss & you can take pods out for which ever days that you will be away.
